This is very sturdy and looks very nice once it is put together you need a Torx screwdriver to tighten the bolts and that did not come with it. Regular screw drivers do not work with the provided bolts . The email for help is answered Monday to Friday it seems

We’ve got it halfway built, and metal came bent, wood came cracked, and our only option is to send it back. Now that it’s halfway assembled, there’s no way to put it in a box, and it’s impossible to unassemble as the metal is bent. Feel like I wasted a good chunk of cash.

Would have given 5 stars but the latches are not totally alligned making it a struggle to latch. It's a beautiful crate. It was easy to build, clear instructions, it's a quality item. FEDEx delivered it and the box was damaged, they left it in my driveway. Functions okay the latches are a bit off. The size is good for my puppy and she loves it! Wish I would have gotten the grey color would have matched my furniture better. I love that it's mobile. ... show more

This dog crate is absolutely amazing. It makes our space look a lot better than our dog’s old plain one. Our 1-year old frenchie loves it as well! He has a ton of space in there and seems to be very comfortable. Definitely worth the money.
