I ordered this for my pet Raccoon to house her at night. Order arrived a few days earlier than expected. The crate was super easy to put together and was larger than I expected it to be. It love the way it looks since it was going to be kept inside my home. It was made great and I’m 100% sure it would have been escape proof once she gained a little weight. She could fit through the sides but with a few pounds that would not happen. I sent it back because after spending the time putting it together (which was very easy but still took time) it was beat up with a lot of huge dents in it. I called and ask for a discount and would keep it but was told no to send back. So I got a full refund and will find another one somewhere else. I don’t think asking for a discount was a problem because it’s unfair to me to pay full price for something damaged and a agreed upon discount could have made us both satisfied and I would have kept it. They did offer me a $5 discount. That’s just funny. However at the end of the day I really believe if you have a huge dog (or a smaller one and want a bigger space for them) this would be a great crate for you. I just hope when delivered it’s not damaged like mine was. And it looks so good when put together.

Loved that it’s durable! Great size for Female Great Dane! Easy to assembly and tear down to reset up elsewhere and storage. Wish the latches had a different method because the knobs can get hard to turn some times. Also wish there was a door on the end for ability to put in to tight spots where the side may not be accessible.

The crate itself is wonderful and will be a welcome place for our growing German Shepherd, however, i should have paid more attention to the fact that there is no door on either end, just in the middle. It made it more difficult to arrange it in the area we intended. Also, there is no divider so we had to improvise until the puppy grows a little bigger. Both relatively minor things and does not distract from the crate at all. Overall very happy with the purchase and it will bring a lifetime of comfort and respite for our puppy when he needs it. Well built, solid, holds a very active large breed puppy very well!

For LARGE dogs! My pup is a big boy, and many other "durable" crates were destroyed before we found this one! I have had mine now for nearly two years, and it is still as strong as the day we put it together. Assembly was simple enough, and not too terribly time consuming. Pup has plenty of room to get comfortable, he even sneaks off into it on his own. Ours is kept indoors, so no rust issues of any kind. I do not know what the lifespan of keeping it outdoors would be. Picture is my pup on a full size sofa for reference.

Purchased this for a great dane puppy, since they grow ridiculously fast I needed something that she would not out grow quickly as she will be using it for quite awhile until fully trained. This was very easy to put together, love that it has rubber locking wheels I can move it, to clean or relocate the puppy in another room if she is being to loud. It is much more esthetically appealing compared to other large crates. It has two doors depending on the size of your dog and the top flips up. If I had any suggestion it would be the door locking mechanisms are not of the same quality as the crate overall. As far as the price yes, it is more expensive then most other brands however it is very sturdy, it is not thin wire it goes together very easily and can be broken down easily to travel with, lays flat. I did purchase a dog mattress and waterproof cover to put in the crate.

Great kennel. Easy to roll and very sturdy. Love the high roof so he can sit up in the kennel. Very pleased! However, poodles are so darn smart. While my Standard Poodle was adjusting to his new place, he took off (literally) one of the front latches and a nut and bolt on the back side before he unlocked the dead bolt to the garage. Lol. All is well now. He's adjusted and hasn't tried to disassemble the kennel again.

I bought a large one about 2 years ago. I have two dogs that weigh $100 pounds. The crates that I got at a local pet store were not even close as tough as these. So I replaced those after they destroyed them. It was time to get the second dog a new crate so I came back to get the same one because I have had no problems at all with it. Although I agree with one review that wished there were inserts you could put on top of the bars. I solved that issue by measuring the inside and getting one as close as I could and forcing it into the bottom of the crate.

90 lb lab mix was able to break one vertical bar and bend another enough to get out. Met me at the door when I came home. If you just need a big spacious crate for a dog that isn’t interested in breaking out, this will be ok. It will not, however, hold a moderately strong, determined dog.
