Our boy had a tumor removed from his side 2 weeks ago. We got this for him prior to surgery because we didn't want him to have the traditional cone of shame. This pillow has worked great and gotten many laughs (he wears it overall side out most times). Niko is actually excited to have it put on and it does not bother him at all. I think he likes having it to reat his chin on while he sleeps. We did go ahead and attach his regular to this which keeps the pillow around his neck. He has been wearing it for 16 days so far (big incision) and we have only had to add more air once. Once he is healed this will be easy to deflate, fold up and put into a drawer if the need arises in the future. We got the XL, 70# pittie mix

One of my doggies is a little mischievous and loves to escape. I got this to deter him from trying to escape and it totally worked. He doesn’t mind it and it’s now part of our daily routine. Plus, he looks super handsome :)

I was leary about ordering. I measured my dogs neck but didn't understand about the out ring size until it came in and I blew it up. I get it now. Seems like if you have a long dig you probably want the outer ring to come out more to keep him from reaching certain areas. I should have gotten a bigger size but this one will work. He likes it much better than wearing the cone. It seems soft and more comfortable than anything else I have tried. It stayed aired up. I did have a problem pushing the valve into the pillow after pumping it up but it was because I had a little too much air in it. It is light weight and super easy to put on him and take off. I am happy with it but I think I will order the next size up as he can still reach a portion of his area that he shouldn't.

This collar is adorable! Sadly, it is not the safest collar for an active dog. First, it has trouble staying inflated. It never went flat, but I had to blow it up several times. The included pump did not inflate it for me, so I just blew it up the old fashioned way! Second, we looped our dog's regular collar through the slots and left our dog for a bit. When we returned, a front leg had gone through the opening around her neck and was stuck. We then switched to using it just when we were home. We mistakenly thought she couldn't touch her surgical area which is on her back leg. One day I turned around and she was licking it which would explain how the surgical site was getting infected and opening back up. We have discontinued its use except in the car because it provides great support while riding and we can monitor her closely there. If it were a bit thicker, it might provide better protection. It may work OK for a front leg or stomach surgery. I would not recommend it for active dogs that can't sit still.

When your doggo needs surgery and needs a cone of shame collar to prevent from licking the area, this inflatable collar makes like a bit more bearable. Your doggo can be a city slicker or a farmer depending on their mood. The collar attaches on the inside to the regular dog collar, and then the cone of shame velcro fastens closed on top.

It fit and the design is adorable. Love that it has two designs to choose or flip. I love the Bob the builder one the most lol!! However the inner tube didn't last long before getting a hole in its seam. I tried patching it but that didn't work so swell. So I switched it out and put ballons inside it instead. I do wish the hook n loop velcro would have been the entire strap size in length bcus it slides out from itself andy dog can easily take it fully off his head. It's easy to clean and material feels nice and seems water resistant too. I think the velcro needs to be longer other than that not much to complain about.

Since dogs are pretty much going to hate any time spent in a donut, why not make it more fun for us humans! My dog actually prefers donuts a thousand times over the cone so he wasn't all that upset to be put in this donut. It's pretty cute! I like the fabric better than the other donut we have not just because this has funny designs but also because this fabric is slick. The fabric of his other donut is velveteen and holds fur terrible. This one allows me to just slide the fur right off. The ratio of this donut to my dog's body is good. He can get around the house easily and still function well without being able to reach himself to lick what he shouldn't be licking (in this case, back around his tail). This donut comes with a little hand pump which isn't great quality but is much better than me blowing it up myself.
