I❤️these containers! Ordered 4 and 1 arrived broken so I returned it and I’m waiting for a replacement. I liked them so much, I ordered 4 more while they are still 50% off! They appear to seal well. I like the removable rubber gasket on the bottom so they don’t slide off a shelf or counter. They seem great for everything like dog treats, cereal, granola, coffee pods, sugar, flour, snacks, and cookies. An entire regular sized box of Raisin Bran fit in the 2.2 quart container. The dog treats come in large bags so I’ll need 2 containers for each bag. I’m tired of using ziploc bags for treats and dry food storage and then creating all that waste. Hoping they keep things fresh as other reviews have indicated. I could fill my pantry with these! My only question is do the lids come apart for washing and drying? I don’t want to take 1 of mine apart and end up breaking it if it’s not meant to be disassembled.

I just ordered a 2nd jar! It’s on the smaller side but that works for me because I don’t bake huge batches. I bake a dozen and freeze the rest to bake later. This is the first cookie jar, out of many, that actually keeps our cookies FRESH! Happy I took a chance on it!

These are great alternatives to plastic containers. However, the glass is very thin which makes me a bit nervous using them (think glass cup). I haven’t broken them yet. ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ Secondly, on the smaller size jar, it doesn’t seem to be fully air tight because I can just lift the lid off with minimal force. Honestly, if it had something heavy/dense inside and it tipped over, it would probably pop off. And then, also, shatter. ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ The large size is much more secure; you could hold it by the lid and it wouldn’t budge.

I live in a cabin, in the woods. I jar everything. In southern CA, I used Tupperware to store my stuff in. Great. But when I moved to NY, and out of the city, I discovered other issues. The mice love to chew plastic. My Tupperware that kept my stuff safe was a liability. I switched to traditional jars a metal rings and lids. But they are annoying. And I'm always losing a piece. Keeps the critters out but... These were and impulse buy. If I hated them I could return them. But I love them. I have one for my coffee beans while and one for my grounds. I have 2 others I rotate through stuff. They are sturdy, and seal really well. They look nice and stack, although I try to avoid doing that w glass. Easy to clean. And the rubber ring on the bottom comes off easy when cleaning and keeps them from running away or getting. Scooted off or across the counter by cats who know better but behave badly. This will also join a list of thing I would gladly give as a gift since I love them so much.

Bought this little container for my dog treats. It holds kebabs which she has to have every day pretty well they can’t stand straight up, but they can lean in there and then I put several other treats in there as well. For the last week everything is still fresh, which is better than what I get out of a Ziploc bag.
