We’ve tried a few different bark collars over the years, and this one stands out for all the right reasons. It’s thoughtfully designed, reliable, and most importantly, it works. The adjustable sensitivity levels are a huge plus. I was able to fine-tune it to respond only when my dog was genuinely barking, not every time he made a little noise. The combination of beep and vibration modes has been more than enough for correction--no shock needed, which I really appreciate. Setup was fast and straightforward. 100% happy with this collar. I was initially skeptical because it was so small and thin. Don't judge it by its size. It's smart and powerful. I have a VERY stubborn husky with thick fur that goes crazy when their is a female in heat. I've tried professional training, separation to different buildings; nothing worked. His barking and whining never stopped. He's a good dog and very smart. After the warning and zap only 2 times he figured put to stay quiet. I only left it on for a few hours and he's still being quite. When he starts to whine I just hold the collar up and he immediately stops. 10/10 reccomend! Tonight might be my first full night of sleep in a week. It will fit a dog of any size. I'm honestly impressed with this training collar.

Although the device works fine, the attached picture is the result of first day use after less than 4 hours. The cheaply made material of the collar did not hold up. And the poor quality of the brittle clasp is a concern. If I hadn't gotten home sooner he could have swallowed it. Plus the charger only comes with the cord, you have to provide wall plug. Sure wish the collar material was of better quality as I am stuck paying for something that lasted less than one day. The day I received collar I "tested" it while I was at home. I put it on my dog and had my neighbors talk to me over the fence. Collar quieted my dog down with only two barks! The next evening I put it on him and was gone for about 3.5 hours. The picture is what I came home to, still on his neck but chewed all the way to the plastic clasp. Neighbors said he was quiet though, obviously he was busy. Very disappointed. Update to my previous review: Although the collar did not meet up to my expectations, the customer service department at KJKZO far exceeded the norm in today's market. They reached out to me within a couple of days and seemed genuinely interested in how they could improve the product. As well as wanting to make me a satisfied customer. Up to and including a full refund or replacement. That type of responsiveness and concern for the customer is refreshing. For that reason I am updating my rating from a 2 to a 4. As I mentioned previously the device worked perfectly, it was the collar material that didn't work for my dog.
