We picked this up with a bit of skepticism, but it ended up working better than expected. Our dog is usually sweet, but gets overly excited and vocal when the doorbell rings or when he sees other dogs outside. This collar has helped calm down the barking without being harsh or making us feel like bad pet parents. It is lightweight and adjustable, so it fit well even on our medium-sized dog. The settings are easy to cycle through, and I love that there are different sensitivity levels. We started low and adjusted from there, and it took just a couple of uses before he started getting the message. We only use the beep and vibration modes, and that alone has made a huge difference. The collar charges quickly, holds a charge well, and is waterproof. That has been a bonus since our dog loves to roll around in the grass and run through sprinklers without warning. Overall, it is been a helpful tool for training and has cut the barking dramatically without needing to use shock. If you are looking for something humane, easy to use, and effective, this one is definitely worth trying. No complaints, and we would buy it again if needed.

We’ve tried a few different bark collars over the years, and this one stands out for all the right reasons. It’s thoughtfully designed, reliable, and most importantly, it works. The adjustable sensitivity levels are a huge plus. I was able to fine-tune it to respond only when my dog was genuinely barking, not every time he made a little noise. The combination of beep and vibration modes has been more than enough for correction--no shock needed, which I really appreciate. Setup was fast and straightforward. The collar charges quickly and holds a solid charge for days. It’s lightweight and doesn’t seem to bother my dog at all once it’s on. Even after playing outside in wet grass and light rain, the waterproof design has held up perfectly. What really impressed me is the consistency. It doesn’t overcorrect or miss barks, and it gently reinforces quieter behavior. I’ve already noticed a big improvement in barking habits after just a few uses. Such a great collar. Works right out the box. Very easy to set. Both of my dogs will not bark. Charge seems to last a good while. I take it off at night and put it back on in the mornings. Very simple effective way to control barking. Well worth the money. So far I’m very Impressed.

Although the device works fine, the attached picture is the result of first day use after less than 4 hours. The cheaply made material of the collar did not hold up. And the poor quality of the brittle clasp is a concern. If I hadn't gotten home sooner he could have swallowed it. Plus the charger only comes with the cord, you have to provide wall plug. Sure wish the collar material was of better quality as I am stuck paying for something that lasted less than one day. The day I received collar I "tested" it while I was at home. I put it on my dog and had my neighbors talk to me over the fence. Collar quieted my dog down with only two barks! The next evening I put it on him and was gone for about 3.5 hours. The picture is what I came home to, still on his neck but chewed all the way to the plastic clasp. Neighbors said he was quiet though, obviously he was busy. Very disappointed. Update to my previous review: Although the collar did not meet up to my expectations, the customer service department at KJKZO far exceeded the norm in today's market. They reached out to me within a couple of days and seemed genuinely interested in how they could improve the product. As well as wanting to make me a satisfied customer. Up to and including a full refund or replacement. That type of responsiveness and concern for the customer is refreshing. For that reason I am updating my rating from a 2 to a 4. As I mentioned previously the device worked perfectly, it was the collar material that didn't work for my dog.

Great product and a wonderful value. I have no regrets and would buy this again. I love how long it holds it's charge and how easy the nonproprietary USB C makes it to charge. It's cut down the barking a lot and done so safely for our pup!
