I wanted to get an easier and faster cover for the 8ft. bed on my F-150 to keep the rain out and it's been exactly what I wanted from this kind of product. Installation was easy as it just uses a straight-forward clamp and the latches are the same clamps, but modified so you can open without having to twist down the clamp. This takes bed cover takes so much less time to fold up than my old velcro roll-up one did. The velcro on the old one wore out pretty quickly and let rain in. This one is tight without any velcro to fray so it's a better design imho.

This is a great cover for a great price. Almost half the price of a name brand soft cover. The install was easy enough to do by myself. The cover does a great job of keeping the bed dry, even while driving in rain I only had a small beet of moisture in the corners and my bed is pretty beat up where it seals. No complaints here.

It was a perfect fit. However, the Velcro does not stick to the rail properly, so I guess that will be detached soon if that is rectified, then it’s a perfect item.

Cover is worth the price. I bought a truxedo cover for my f150 about 8 years ago and had to replace. This cover is not as high as quality but I have been happy with it overall. Only pitfall is that it doesnt slope water away like my truxedo cover did. The rods are not elevated in the middle so some water collects in the middle and creates a puddle during rainy nights.

This is a one person job, 2 makes it easier, if no one is available to help you, you can do it by yourself. Mine went on a 1999 F150 Lariat with factory bed liner and like the instructions say, just press in the plastic liner a bit to have everything clamp down properly. If the instructions don't say to press in the liner to help secure it, do it anyway. After you have spent about 15 mins on this thing, it should be installed and ready to go, yup, it's that simple. Now you can drive around and show off to all your friends your highly developed mechanical skills and treat yourself to an ice cream cone, with sprinkles, cause sprinkles are for winners and you are one. Now stop reading this and place your order and eagerly anticipate your new cover... DNA Motoring, you could possibly sell more of these things if they came in different covers to match peoples trucks, mine was black so no big deal, one the other hand, if the thing was red, a red cover would have been nice.
