It does feel like I could stand in this. A bit heavy, but solid. It is my first time with a trifold. So, I can't compare to others. But I think this will last a very long time. Also I am gratefull for the price ( i waited too long for the arrival here in PR) because locally it cost way too much. It came with a little lamp (batteries AAA not included) and a weather strip wich I prefer to stick to the glass as to fill an empty space there. This product fit well. Especially for my 2024 Ford Maverick. They all fit the same 2022-2024. Just follow the instructions and have the hooks 🪝 got to the bed trim. No gaps and secures on truck tightly. Very sturdy and heavy duty hard plastic.

    • Not a "tri-fold"
The bad: To call this a tri-fold is deceptive and inaccurate. It would better be named a dual-fold tri-section, unlike the genuine Ford one which has 3 folds and 4 sections. So unlike the Ford one, you cannot fold up all of the 3 main sections leaving nearly all the bed open. Instead, you can fold 2 sections and must leave just over 1/3 covered, or remove it completely. Not that it's hard to do so, but then you have to store it somewhere. This appears to be the case with all the less-expensive aftermarket folding tonneau covers. To get a true tri-fold aftermarket costs just as much as the genuine Ford one. The back end is not as sturdy as it should be and has too much flex. When closed you can still lift it a bit in the middle allowing someone to peer inside, and to easily get a pry bar under it for forced entry. Clamp design could be better. They flop around when open. Once you get the clamps securely adjusted to your liking I suggest a drop or two of loctite on the screw threads. That won't prevent them from flopping back and forth but at least stops them from spinning and getting out of adjustment. The good: 1/3 the price! Sturdy enough, I was able to stand in the middle of it without much deflection and I weigh 190 lbs. But you can't safely stand at the back end if the tailgate is open (which is how you are likely to climb up there) because, again, the back end has too much flex. Sure wish UnderCover (or someone) made a one-piece hinged one to fit the Maverick. ... show more

Fits perfect. I am not sure about the other reviews. I was able to properly secure the cover with no issues. As long as you align it properly before to secure it on the bed rails, you won’t have any issues fastening the clips when it’s folded or unfastening the clips; there is plenty of space. There won’t be any issues with the rear edges protruding from back either with proper alignment. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the cover. I did not experience any of the issues mentioned in the reviews before me. A+ product. ... show more

Cover leaks at tailgate corner and middle hinge area. The Ford has a sheet metal edge at clamp points. Clamps do not compress cover seal enough on Ford Maverick. This cover could have two clamps per panel.
