This gel was pretty high quality and has so many great uses. I use it to tame fly aways, as brow gel, and to tame my baby girls hair. It is lightweight and I haven't noticed a lot of residue left in my hair compared to other gels.

For reference: My hair is a 2A/2B texture type I have been having a lot of breakage recently around my roots and I needed something that could slick my hair down without being heavy like a mousse or hairspray. Someone recommended I use a hair finishing stick and overall I love it! It's light and easy to use. I've ordered this product twice already and I saw a huge difference in my orders. My first order was very good! The formula held all day (which as a dancer is AMAZING) but as the bottle finished up the fluid started to become cloudy? (I'm not sure if this was from the constant use). Additionally my first two bottle had two different types of applicators? My second order however was very disappointing. After the application, the formula would hold for exactly 5 minutes before my flyaways would be standing at attention again. Even after multiply passes! After this experience, I don't know if I want to continue ordering with this brand or finding another more consistent formula. ... show more

This is my second time buying these and they've become a staple for managing flyaways and to keep my hair neat for work. It's super easy to use and very convenient to have around for every day use. I do have to be careful and remove the excess before applying because it has a tendency to leave some white residue after drying when too much is applied in one area, but can easily be managed by smoothing it out with another brush or my fingers. ... show more
