If your dog has a longer body, this will not work because it will be too big around the girth or too long in the front to get the length you need. And to keep those sizes correct it was too short on the back so it curled up everywhere else. Otherwise the quality was great. It was very well-made so the only thing I wish is that they would make it in two different styles one for dachshunds if they came out with one for that shaped dog, I would give it five stars except for that undercarriage strap. It really needs some work. I would suggest going with something that wasn’t just a lousy rubber strap Something fabric with Velcro. I’m sure plenty of people take it to the dry cleaners and have it prepared with something else. ... show more

This sweater is super easy to get on the dog and she doesn't fight it. It slips over her head and the strap fastens under her belly. She looks adorable and I'm pretty sure that based on how cute she looks, Amazon got several more orders.

This cape is so cute. My puppy receives a lot compliments. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is that the underside stretchy band had to be taken in because it was too large. But the cape itself on top fit her body. Just too loose underneath.
