Sturdy. Right height. Wide enough for comfort. The one odd thing is the lid will only fit when the bucket is removed. It doesn’t cover the hole when not in use. Still, i was very pleased with it. It is very sturdy.

My mother recently was stranded on the stairs when our stair lift stopped working at 4:30AM when she became restless. Instead of calling for help, she decided to take flight lessons and did not stick the landing. For the recovery of her broken ankle she required some DME, and we had a commode on hand from my stepdad who passed away recently, but I found that the transfer to that commode was honestly difficult for her for a variety of reasons. It wasn't very wide, and didn't have much room for error or maneuver. The front bar was uncomfortable on her legs. It didn't give us much space to assist her at all. I found the overall design of the "standardized" commode to be well, space-saving at best, but not particularly beneficial beyond being a pot to piss in if your patient is indeed not all that ambulatory. This is a REALLY well designed commode. The rectangular design instead of the oval IS and makes her feel more stable and secure. It gives her more room to maneuver, more room to be slid on and off. The removable arms gives a lot of flexibility and options in how we use it. The sloped front covering the bar means she doesn't feel anymore pinching or discomfort when she sits, so if it takes her awhile she doesn't feel uncomfortable anymore. It holds wide hips, small hips, light patients, heavy patients. The back is supportive with the bar, but open so the patient can be wiped or assisted in some way. Even the inner part is concaved to make it more comfortable for the patient to sit. This is a really well designed commode, and I'm very happy to have found and purchased this for my mother. There were cheaper options, for sure, but at $105 I don't think I could beat the security that my mother feels using this. Not to mention most of them had longer shipping times.

Ordered this for an average size user who temporarily needs a slide board to transfer to a commode. This offers a larger flat surface and made it easy to use. Box was somewhat damaged in transit but the unit itself was fine and easy to assemble. Very sturdy and easy to use.

Style: Universal Replacement Bucket
This is great for collecting the clumps from the litter box. I have several boxes around the house and I use this to collect the clumps. I line the bucket with a trash bag and then just tie the bag and walk the bucket outside to the big trash bin after scooping the boxes. It comes with a lid that just sits on top which is fine for my purposes. The bucket is sturdy and easy to carry even when filled. This makes a not so fun chore a bit better to finish.

I actually have 2 of these, 1 over the toilet & 1 in my roll-in shower for my power wheelchair. Sturdy & easy to put together. When I travel to hotels in my handicap van, i take this with me as hotel toilets are too low & hotel shower benches are useless.

Do not waste your money broke in under 2 week’s around the rim, the edges. So mad about this why make something as important as this mediocre? Don’t make them at all. Crazy impossible to get refund. No way to even speak to a human. Shame on you people. DO NOT BUY!!!! Thankfull it did not break while carrying it to empty or I would be seeing y’all in your buisiness face to face.
