A safe commode chair for elderly, disabled, mobility challenged, vision impaired, and cognitively impaired users.
  • 3 IN 1 BEDSIDE COMMODE, ABOVE TOILET CHAIR- No need to spend money on 3 different products, this is a universal commode chair. Integrated handrails are included on the chair for added safety no matter where it's used.

  • sturdy, well made and adaptable equipment.
Size: 300lb. Capacity
this chair is definitely worth the price. It’s solid, it won’t tip easily. The seat height will accommodate someone at least 6’. My 90 year old dad just admitted he couldn’t stand long enough in the shower to get the job done. The search had four musts: tall enough for A 6’2” person, sturdy enough not to move around when getting up and down or holding on to clean hard to get areas. Cut outs to allow shower head to spray the underside. Padded seats! He has no padding of his own, so it has to have some padding. This seat still had two more holes to raise seat and accommodate a taller individual. The chair is solid. He weighs 200lbs, and it doesn’t slide or make him feel insecure at all. (the seat is plenty wide ) The vinyl seat is thick and rounded for comfort. (it is not squishy soft, but better than a plastic slab) The seat is open front to back in the center allowing greater hygiene. The chair has additional value in the assist up feature . It is an ASSIST, not a do it for you feature. Another plus that makes it worth more is the versatility of becoming a toilet aide to go over the toilet, or to become a commode in the bedroom. It has two slide in containers and a lid.We are not at this stage, but it’s great to know we are ready if it becomes necessary. I wish we would have had it when my mom needed something. Caring for yourself can continue longer with the right equipment. Less injuries to caregivers and elderly with products made to “grow “ with changes in need. I think this product will do that. He has a walk in shower, but it is made to also go sideways in a tub. (just measure yours, It’s a heavy box to have to return) Assembly was easy with the exception of getting the arms lined up to slide in both tubes at the same time. ... show more

  • . This gave me serious reqret.
Size: 300lb. Capacity
The purchaced date was late oct and it arrived around Halloween. It is Dec 5th and the back of the blue seat is broken and folding upward! I did not see offering of extended warrenty at time of purchase. I weigh 200 pounds less that 239 it list on sale one. When putting it together all worked well for about 3 weeks, then I noticed left hook that hooks over back bar was no longer engaged so each time I have to check and it looks crooked compared to Rt side. It does help lift off toilet but breakage of blue padding in back is disappointing. It should come with at least 90 day warrenty for something that cost hundreds! I cannot afford to replace it. Also the measurements are off as it will not fit into my walk I shower. We replaced tub with walk-in and was going to use as shower chair but it’s to wide! We slid over toilet and we spent lot to get a potty only as any potty would be easy to get off of if raised to this height. It is not comfortable because it's hard for heigine with opening size and arms don't allow you to spread your legs or lean to one side for heigine without tipping sensation. Because blue seat is breaking in back from underneath turning it upward I would nor recommend it. ... show more

  • Truly saved me after surgery!!!
Size: 330lb. Capacity
I was headed for a surgery that required very strict after care....no 90 degree bending (only 30-60), which is required to sit on a regular toilet. We got a bedside commode, but found I couldn't get off of it without bending. I tried to get off the toilet with help--- on one leg--- and hurt my ankle and foot badly. So that was out. Fortunately, the physical therapist I saw pre-surgery, listened to my plight and told me that some of her patients had ordered a power lift toilet. I thought it was too expensive. Then, I thought again. My son came and assembled this WONDERFUL power lift toilet commode, and I instantly knew that this would make toileting possible (along with standing and using a female urinal). It has been a GODSEND!!! And it helped us skip over the awful experience of having to empty someone's bedside commode (that I couldn't safely use). This power lift toilet commode is worth its weight in gold. You have to recharge its battery, and yet it works on its own for hours. I always want it fully charged so it will work when I need it. The one thing I wish the manufacturers would do is make the 'on-off' buttons less difficult to push. They are hard to push, and with me trying not to bend while using my walker before sitting down, this has been quite difficult. Also, it takes huge strength to plug in the battery pack to the cord that is plugged into the wall, and to then re-attach the 'pack' to the toilet lift. Way too hard!!! And it's difficult to do while standing one one leg when I'm supposed to use one arm on the walker. Please make both of these easier!!!! ... show more

  • Makes life easier for caregivers
Size: 300lb. Capacity
I ordered this seat 2 months ago for my mom with dementia who needs assistance using the toilet. This works great for when she’s in her mood and refuses to get up off the toilet. I just hold her hands and slightly pull her up with the assistance of the bouncy seat. I am grateful that I don’t have to use any strength to get her up anymore. Cons: it won’t fit in my shower because the legs are spread out too wide. There are so many crevices under the seat to clean. This is not for short people. My mom is 5’7” and the legs are set on the shortest length. The seat should be longer to prevent feces from getting on the top of the seat which has to be cleaned quickly or it will stain. Although there are cons, I definitely recommend this toilet seat. ... show more
