Thank you for your prompt fulfillment of my order. I actually started working on putting it together today and was very gratified with the packaging, the manual/directions for assembly and the helpful video on youtube as well! This bedside commode has a really nice seat which is very good for my mother. She is little, not over five feet tall but the opening is very commodious and it has already "worked" beautifully! I know it is a delicate and personal topic but this bedside commode makes me want to shower several zip codes for the people who surely would benefit from having one of these! If we can't make it to the powder room very quickly sometimes, this is really great. Everything was so thoughtfully done with the packaging and presentation of this very important project! Though I am not hopelessly an idiot sometimes a form of dyslexia overcomes me when I am trying to put something together and so I dread even getting started . . . but this was made so nicely with such clear guides that I was able to do it in a fairly short amount of time! :) The above was my review following my first order fulfillment. I have now ordered a second HOMLAND Bedside Commode. Although it was expected to be delivered on Sunday, May 3, 2026, there was some kind of delay but dear Amazon notified me and said it should be here today, which it was! You guys are great, thank you!

The commode is very sturdy and comfortable. Had a couple issues while assembling, but figured it out. My only complaint is the bucket, it's very cheap and flimsy. The handle is plastic and I don't think it would last very long. I'm using the bucket from my old potty and it seems to fit better than the one included.

Easy to put together, very comfortable, well balanced and sturdy, while light and easy to move. The only downside is the toiletpaper roll holder. It doesn't fit correctly so it falls right off, but no big deal. It's a very, very comfortable and soft potty.

Homland has the best customer service! This product is durable and of excellent quality. It’s so nice, I bought it twice. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Comfortable for a person with a larger body habitus.

This is a comfortable bedside commode. When placed i mover a toilet the back doesn’t really work so we just left it off. My family member is very tall and this worked great for a post posterior hip replacement healing period (the height is adjustable and works for a tall person). The padded seat and splash guard made all the difference for our use! A little more complicated to put together than others (and we were missing a couple of non-essential- I hope) pieces - but still not hard to put together (all pieces are well labeled and easily identified) and very sturdy. And we like that the front of the seat is open.

The HOMLAND Bedside Commode is a quality product. I carefully reviewed all of the parts before assembling them and all seemed well made. There were no rough edges or burrs to catch on skin or clothing, and welded parts were clean and uniform. A useful assembly booklet was furnished, and the hardware packet even included a spare thumb screw assembly. Assembly was straight forward, and the assembled chair is very sturdy and height adjustment is easy to do if necessary. The waste bucket is easy to deal with and to clean. There are many commode chairs available, but I believe this HOMLAND chair is probably one of the best. Top notch quality, and a good value, imho.
