Bought these for a newly-remodeled dental office. They had the modern look we were going for but are sturdy and had a higher weight rating than a lot of other chairs of similar style and price. The boxes were in rough shape when they arrived and the cushions were fine but some of the chrome was scratched because they just weren’t wrapped well enough for the treatment the boxes received. Like others said, I was also missing one bolt and had to go find it at the hardware store. They too are just not secure enough and probably fell out of the damage holes in the boxes.     • Great Looking Chairs but Missing Pieces

The chairs look great and seem to be well made. However, when I went to put the chair together, I was missing bolts that are required to hold the seat to the chair legs. I reached out and got no feedback from the seller. I ultimately had to run to a hardware store to try and find bolts that would work. I did end up finding some that work but I shouldn't have had to deal with that with the price I paid. I purchased the two pack of the coffee colored chairs. I received extra bolts for the chair but am missing the ones that hold the base to the seat. For those in the same boat, M8 1.25x30 work to hold the base on. ... show more
