The media could not be loaded. We purchased 4 of these stools in June of last year. Assembled as per the instructions. Initially they felt sturdy and they were always appealing to the eye. Within 6 months they began loosening (see video). We tightened the screws but came to the realization it was actually the wood joints that was the issue. These chairs are simply dangerous. I've attached a picture to show what happened. ALL the chairs exhibited the same issue and two cracked so far. Several months ago reached out to the seller to see if this was a regular occurrence and they set about sending us replacement chairs, I was unsure about this as I figured they would likely be much the same quality as my existing ones, however it would at defer the need to purchase new chairs. They issued us a FedEx number and then completely ghosted us. No response whatsoever. Needless to say the Fedex number never progressed past label created. Please do yourself and your wallet a favor and refrain from purchasing these stools!! ... show more

    • These broke within 8 months.

These are beautiful and comfortable and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they only lasted about 7 months before already breaking at the base and are not repairable. They are no longer under warranty so I am out the money after reaching out to the seller.
