I have bought 2 white, (L), Tommy H. parka jacket for my son (6'3" 180 lbs) as Christmas gifts. The first one in 2021 and again this past Christmas (2024). The 2021 parka has withstand all types of neglect at the hands of my son. From DAILY winter use to very poor maintenance and beyond. Also, in white, this jacket is very attractive. It is dressy having the look of a more expensive piece of clothing. I witnessed him receiving praises for his white parka on the streets of NYC. A very rare thing indeed. This parka is very well made. It is warm, but light and stops the wind like no other. After almost 4 years of abuse the zipper works without any problems. The pockets have no holes and the integrity of the material is intact inside and out. I bought a replacement one for him this past Christmas for the sole reason that even though the rest of the jacket was still white, the elbow areas were not. They are now gray/brown in color. I believe this discoloration could be avoided by following the care guide. The old parka has now moved on to warm someone else in need and I can relax knowing that for the next few years my son will be kept warm and looking good and clean. ... show more

I love this coat! It is the perfect fit for my 13yr old son who is 120lbs 5’7. It’s heavy and warm. I love a black coat. I love black everything. Beautiful color. Pockets are deep and the inside of the pocket as well . It’s reasonable for the price. Great quality. The zipper is thick ! Also it’s long for him so because ge is tall and we stay in a cold city. Length is great and weight to warmth ratio excellent. Easy to pack and vacuum seal. The only issue was no quick access to pants pockets beneath the coat once zipped up. A couple of zipper pockets chest high, inside the coat would have made it perfect for me.

The combination of the length of the coat, the DKNY brand, and the price offering were motivating factors in the decision to buy this product. Put it on immediately after finding the package at the garage door👍🏻. The length of the arms is perfect, but it is larger thru the middle than hoped. It isn't so large that it affects my real liking. It's warm enough for fairly cold temps (~20°) and with more layering, I'd guess it's very warm. The zipper isn't too far away, but one can button it up if preferred. The pockets are very generous.
