    • Disappointing Defect Ruins Functionality

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, the Defucted Vertical Gimbal Mount arrived with a significant defect in the threading. The thread is too loose, causing my gimbal to slide constantly. I tried to tighten the mount, but it seems already at its maximum tightness. This design flaw makes the mount unusable. While the concept and design seem promising, the faulty manufacturing means I cannot recommend it. Furthermore, to even get a replacement, the return shipping costs exceed the price of the product itself. This makes the process frustrating and financially impractical. I'm disappointed with this experience and hope the seller will reconsider their shipping policies in cases of defective products. ... show more
