I picked up the DJI Battery Extension 2000 recently, and overall, I’m pretty impressed. The quality is solid, feels durable and well-built, just like you'd expect from DJI. Functionality-wise, it does exactly what it promises. It extends battery life noticeably, and I’m getting much longer sessions without needing to swap batteries constantly. A lot of people were complaining about the firmware update process, but honestly, it wasn’t that bad. As long as you follow the steps, it goes pretty smooth. Just make sure you buy the dongle if you’re using it with the DJI 1000, it’s a must. And definitely install the DJI app, it helps manage updates and settings without any guesswork. I also grabbed the solar panel for it at a great price, and that’s been a nice bonus. It’s not super fast charging, but it’s perfect for keeping things topped off while I’m out in the field. If you’re using the DJI 1000 and want more runtime, this setup is worth it, just make sure you get the dongle and have the app ready to go. ... show more
