I purchased the Mic Mini to help shoot quick videos for work. I shoot a lot of short videos with vocals and if it is windy or there are machines running near where I am shooting the iPhone just does not cut out enough of the background noise and the videos sound rough. It has been a month now and I can honestly say I love it. These little Mic's make all the difference. They do a great job in noise reduction. My vocals sound crisp and clear. I did my research but the price point of this Mic Mini is what sold me. Best bang for the buck in my opinion. The carrying case is the perfect size. It is small, has pockets for all of the pieces and fits in my pocket. This makes it easy to carry around, quickly set up when I need to record a video, then break it down and put it back in my pocket and continue on. The clip works on shirts, coats and sweaters. The magnet is super strong. The battery capacity is great. I charged it when I first got it and still have not had to charge either mic yet. The Receiver connects to my phone super quick making this great for on the go. If you are trying to record crisp, quality audio on a budget this should be your go to. Audio quality is impressively rich for the size, with a clear, warm tone and solid noise rejection in moderate environments. The range is reliable for indoor use up to about 20–25 feet in my testing. Battery life is excellent and the magnetic clip makes attaching and detaching quick during shoots. I've used this for two-person interviews and the dual-transmitter setup makes the workflow seamless. My one note: in very loud environments, some ambient noise bleeds in more than I'd like, but that's true of most lavs at this price point. These mics work beautifully! At first I had good expectations but when finally received them I was amazed to see how small the mics and receiver can look in my hands. They came with good charge and firmware updated. I have a low tier Samsung(A15 5g)and they work well on Open Camera app and on the native Voice recorder app if you set the record in stereo option off. For stereo voice recording I made it work on Hi-Q MP3 Recorder app. Im glad I didn't have to buy a newer phone to make them compatible.It connects fast and the recording quality is great with no delay.they seem durable enough and my only wish is if they would have come with a flexible small extension for the receiver usb-c so it can fit on phones with covers. So for now I'll just have to use the phone without cover and be a bit careful until I get the extension cord myself. ... show more
