Good light weight ladder. The hardware that is recommended to use with it does not fit the ladder - the top roller screw holes are right on the edge of the ladder where you screw it in. Had to drill additional holes in the metal rollers. overall the ladder is good

    • Love it! Perfect for use as a rolling library ladder!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my niece for her 16th birthday to make a rolling library ladder. As you can see in the video, it was sturdy and worked perfectly! My nephew installed it and said he had no problems, but he is a contractor.

    • Not happy
We were happy with this at first. The wood stained well. We liked the peg fitment with the legs. And the hardware is nice too. Then it comes to installing the rolling hardware at the top (which was sold separately). Rather than having the ladder drilled all the way through and using a threded insert from the other side (like the threaded rods attach), they have you run large threaded inserts into a non-threaded hole. The issue is that it's very close to the end of the wood. We all know what happens when you are putting pressure on the end of soft wood. It splits. Mine split badly. Now I'm gluing this junk back together and hoping it holds. We are unimpressed. This is a foolish dsign flaw to an otherwise decent product and I really hope they consider correcting this design. If I could go bnack, I'd drill the hole out and machine my own stepped insert to install on the backside and avoid threading anything into the wood. ... show more

No instructions, took about 45 minutes to figure it out, but did turn our pretty cool 👍 just make sure you have time and patience, and a engineering background, LOL😜😜😜 Oh they do include a paper with they're email addresses so you can get on line and give them a 5 star rating...the email addresses don't work! ... show more

Please refer to the images uploaded. Wood came with multiple linear crack that call into question safety as a ladder. Each required gluing and clamping to ensure stability, as imaged. Rungs hardware was drilled off-center with hardware not fully encased in the wood, surrounded by cracked wood running down the length of the rung. More gluing and clamping. The wheel hardware does not sit flush as it should and when inserting the retaining threads, it cracked the wood in each location linearly down 1/8the the length of the rail, requiring further gluing and clamping prior to painting. I'm very dissatisfied with this product. If it weren't a gift for someone and I weren't pressed for time, I'd return it. ... show more

The quality of the ladder is very poor. The wood is rough and cuts are not clean. It did not come with any instructions on assembly- none. On top of all that the ladder is flimsy, it flexes when you climb it. I would not want anyone over 200 lbs on it for fear it would collapse on itself (I am 175 lbs and it flexes more than I am comfortable with. Look elsewhere for a ladder like this. ... show more

It looks good, but is wobble due to a missing screw that holds the shunk. See the picture. I am not comfortable climbing it because it is not secure at the top. See the picture.
