What exactly am I getting? You're getting the super cool racing seat and the frame to mount your racing wheel! Just to be super clear: The steering wheel, pedals, and shifter are not included. Is it a pain to put together? And what if I'm missing a part? Most people find it pretty straightforward! The instructions are visual, which makes it easier. A quick pro tip: lay out all the pieces first. If you ever get stuck or find a part is missing, just find us through your Amazon orders! Will that center bar get in my way? The center bar is key for keeping everything stable! For most drivers, it's totally fine. If you're someone who brakes with super-human force, you might notice it. It's a fantastic balance of stability and value for the price. How do I stop it from feeling wobbly? It's nice and sturdy out of the box! For a rock-solid playing, here's a pro racer tip: after your first couple of uses, just go around and re-tighten all the knobs and screws. This locks everything in place perfectly! Will it work on my hard floor? Absolutely! For the best grip and to protect your floor, we totally recommend using it on a rug or a simple exercise mat. This makes it even more stable and prevents any chance of sliding.

When this was ordered, my expectations were low based on the price of this, but I was prepared for that. When It arrived, I was shocked at the build quality of the seat. Flawless stitching, nice firm feaux leather, super solid and comfortable. If someone had the seat alone for sale, I would say it is on par with something more like $300 for just the seat. If I spent $300 on a seat, just a seat, and it looked and felt like this one, I would have never looked back, its that good. The frame is simple and easy to build, will require lots of tightening and micro adjustments, but once that is flushed out you are set. Barely flexes while I drive, in fact only the steering mount has any movement. The gear shifter is probably the only mount you may need to jerry-rig or adapt to get it honed in as far as the position, as it does not adjust. Again, insane quality. 10/10 ... show more

I like this setup but I did modify it a bit. The center rail that goes to the pedals is a bit in the way. I later added an offset to it. If you don't have a welder you cannot do this but It is still decent without any mods.

I bought two of these for my boys. They were easy to put together by myself. Both have lasted quite a while now. I have to occasionally tighten up screws on them with the Allen wrench provided. No complaints.

Title: Easy to Assemble, Comfortable, Well-Built Racing Cockpit with a Minor Quirk Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Overall, I'm very pleased with this racing cockpit. It was easy to assemble, is comfortable to use, and appears to be well-built. The only minor issue I encountered was that the bolts needed to be re-tightened after the first use. Ease of Assembly The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to assemble the cockpit in about 30 minutes by myself. The parts all fit together well, and there were no missing or damaged pieces. Comfort The cockpit is comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. My buddies and I did a 2.4 hours Le Mans, and I was not fatigued at all. The seat is well-padded and supportive, and the backrest is adjustable. The pedals are also comfortable to use, and there's plenty of space for your legs. Durability The cockpit appears to be well-built. The frame is made of sturdy metal, and the seat and pedals are made of high-quality materials. I'm confident that this cockpit will last for many years of use. Minor Quirk After the first use, I noticed that the bolts on the cockpit had loosened slightly. I had to re-tighten them all to prevent the cockpit from wobbling. This was a minor inconvenience, but it's something to be aware of. I do wish that there was some better cable management for my wheel and pedals. Overall not a huge issue though. Overall Despite this minor quirk, I'm still very happy with this racing cockpit. It's a great value for the price, and it's perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy racing games at home. After having used the product for a year, I can say I am disappointed in the quality for the price. At first having put it together well, everything felt sturdy. Except like other reviews mention, the steering wheel stand itself wiggled a lot (squeaked also), and remained that way til now. I’m now at the point where said stand actually broke where it looks that it’s tack welded to the piece holding it all together to the bar that runs from under the seat. I strongly suggest investing in the cockpits with two poles holding the steering wheel instead of just one. ... show more
