For $10-11, I expeccted the books not to have much substance. However, it’s like every page stands alone; like it’s not a rolling story. My 3yo loves them, but I guess that’s the difference in an adult vs a kid. The best thing is how short they are because it makes the books memorable for the kid. My one year old loves these stories and brings them to me to read them to her. The only thing is that sometimes the story doesn’t seem to really flow and the sentences are a little odd sounding but they’re meant for babies so I guess it doesn’t really matter. The best thing is that they are hard and cannot he ripped or bent so they are a good way to teach babies to read and respect books! ... show more

Yes these books are shorter than heboriginal stories. But if your buying board books they're probably for small children or beginning readers. I think they're perfect! There's enough of a story line to hold small children's attention without going overboard.

Solid collection of Disney books. Gifted it to a few of my toddler nieces so that they can get schooled in classic Disney that us 80's and 90's kids loved. All pages are board books so should hold up to rough and tumble turn paging.

Bought these for a road trip for my 22 month old. She really enjoyed them and they were added to her bookshelf at home after. She occasionally will pull them. The only thing I didn't like was they are a VERY abreviated version of the stories so don't expect them to contain the whole plot. I wish they were a bit longer, but if you chil is just starting to read on their own, these will be easy enough for them to read. ... show more
