Each chapter begins with a poem and ends with a section called ‘practical wisdom,’ that includes exercises designed to bring the insights explored in the poem into daily life. I love the line in the beginning of the book, where Gately encourages us to embrace the wildness within us,"The world needs our wildness to rise...
