We had our elf bring this to our kids the first day as a way to countdown til Christmas! The books are tiny probably 3x4 inches but still take 5 mins or so to read! They are so cute and my son loves the thrill of grabbing a new one each day and unwrapping it. My only complaint is I wish they were all Christmas themed, so far only 1 out of the 6 we have opened are. Still so much fun & will probably get another next year! ... show more

For $30 I feel that it's a good middle option. Not too expensive, not too cheap. You won't be handing this one down to the grandkids but it's lasted so far with my destructive toddler. The books are small and thin but that works for my toddler. The books are individually wrapped in paper and placed in their own numbered pocket. My little one likes finding the numbers as they are placed randomly. The stories have been enjoyable and have good lessons but some of the stories can be similar. You can put the books back in their pockets for them to enjoy later. I'd recommend putting it up when not in use/being supervised because it is very easy to tear up! It's closed only with a flimsy red ribbon. Don't leave this one out and it will last! Very cute for disney lovers of all ages. ... show more

This is the second book I have purchased- one for each of my grandchildren. I purchased a coordinating Christmas ornament that matched back to each mini book theme, then recorded myself reading the book outloud and saved to a jump drive. Placed all in a tote for storage, and gave them as Christmas gifts to me grandkids. Now they will forever have a video of Grandma reading them 24 days of Christmas stories, and can follow along with the books, and hand their ornament on the tree. ... show more

I rarely write reviews for products, but this one deserves it! It is so well constructed, we may use it again next year! The books are all decently written and actually lengthy for their size. My son loves opening it at bedtime and getting a new bedtime book every night. Highly recommend!

My (almost) 3 year old loves Disney and books so I bought this for her. We are on day 8 and it’s not been a hit at all, we haven’t read one book. The assortment so far has included stories of less popular characters, like red panda and Officer McDimples from Toy Story… and 2 have been based on 101 Dalmatians… she keeps looking at the outer packaging and wondering when she will get stories about Finding Nemo or Lion King… the books are small which I thought would be perfect for her, but the stories are long - lots and lots of words. My book-loving girl hasn’t wanted to sit through even one of these. Just be aware of the selection before you buy… ... show more
