If you are like me, you REALLY SUFFER from a condition labeled 'Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)' because most suffer it just in their legs. But, not me, my whole body has it when this condition is at its worst; and unless you've experienced it there are no words to label it that way SO YOU JUST SUFFER hoping that if you take enough of the 'remedies' labeled for RLS evidentially they will work, RIGHT? Like I said ... hopeful. I was looking for something different from ALL of the others I'd tried because nothing was working after way too many of 'their' pills. I became desperate after three (3) days & nights of creeping, stinging, jumping, shivers, crawling under the skin with twitches, headaches, and even nauseousness ALL OVER MY BODY ... so you can see I was exhausted & wanted to go to sleep so bad, but every time I laid down the attacks tripled & I would find myself jumping out of bed. So I needed help, and when I need help I pray and ask God to help me find the formula that would work which put me back on Amazon going through the pages, reading the pages carefully & watching for a product to grab my attention. I am a firm believer of alternate healing modalities because I know that sometimes western medicine misses the mark, so when I came across Robert Youngs Acupuncture product called 'Leg Chill' I was intrigued & read through the page layout, looked at the ingredients & was impressed, BUT it was a review by "Dottie" that talked about her mother had suffered & how much it helped & how they figured out her dosage that helped her mother sleep. Then, the very next review by "David" really sold me the product because he took the time to look up the ingredients & then MORE TIME posting them on his review for others to read. I was sold! I recognized many of the herbs & I was very impressed how they were combined ... THAT WAS MY AH HA moment! I've done a lot of research on many of the herbs in this preparation & I knew of their potentials for healing ... I just never saw them before in the combination in one medication. I felt very good about this product & ordered it immediately. Once it arrived I immediately took six capsules (AM), this was based on the review by "Dottie". I waited four hours, and then took another six capsules (PM-afternoon) & the relief didn't start until AFTER the second dosage. Word to the wise: Drink plenty of fluids with this medication. I slowly started to feel a calmness in the skin of my hands, arms & shoulders & my headache even decreased. One hour before bed I took my third dose of six capsules & within 30 minutes the muscles in my back & belly relaxed AND I started to breathe better & felt a lot more relaxed. At bedtime I took six capsules & put them in a bottle & took a glass of water and put them beside my bed for 'just in case' moment in the night. My legs & feet were still buzzy, but I laid down & tried to relax & I think because I was SO EXHAUSTED I just passed out. I slept until I needed a bathroom break & I tried really hard not to do any thinking (if I do I get caught into a cycle that wakes me up) & laid back down ... next thing I knew it was morning & I had slept through the night & woke up with a calm body ... a complete relief! And, for those wondering ... I continued to take the capsules for two more days but reduced the quantity down to just one at bedtime on the third night. So far I haven't had a relapse. I know part of my problem is electrolytes as I lose them, especially sodium so as long as I keep up on taking my calcium, magnesium, potassium & sodium every day I will be fine. This whole thing started because I ran out of two of the four & that was all it took to send me into that horrible spiral. I sure hope this helps someone like me because most doctors have NO CLUE what causes RLS & I learned through study & the syndrome itself enough to find out what the causes were for me ... mine is electrolytes - yours may be too!

I've found this product to be very helpful and I ran it by my MD as well and she said "Absolutely use them, all natural herbs are great if they work for you! Better than using drugs like Gabapentin." Edit: I did a litter research and here is what I’ve found about the ingredients. Google the herbs and you'll find the following: Mu Gua Fructus Chaenomelis: Relaxes the sinews (increases Qi and Blood circulation) and unblocks the channels, Abdominal pain, spasms, calf cramps and edema due to “leg Qi”. It is especially good for disharmony between the Liver and Spleen leading to leg problems Damp painful obstruction in the extremities, especially with severe cramping pain and weakness in the low back and legs. Gan Cao Radix Glycyrrhizae Painful muscle spasms of the abdomen and legs, Moderates spasms and alleviates pain, Tonifies the Spleen and augments Qi Chuan Niu Xi Radix Cyathulae Tonifies the Kidneys and Liver and strengthens the tendons and bones, Expels Wind and drains Dampness, Wind-Damp Bi pain and atrophy and spasms of the legs. Ji Xue Teng Caulis Spatholobi: Activates the channels and relaxes the sinews. Invigorates and tonified blood. Numbness of the extremities, lower back pain, knee pain or general soreness of the joints due to Wind-Damp Bi with either Blood Deficiency or Stasis. Weak extremities in the elderly. I am so grateful for this product! I got it for my relative who has been suffering from restless leg syndrome, and it worked great! She is now able to get the peaceful rest she needs as her legs are calm; what's extra special about this product is that she hasn't experienced negative side-effects which has been an issue with other products in the past. What a relief!

I ended up not taking these pills because I researched them and found out that some of the ingredients can be dangerous. You must consult with your doctor before taking them.

My mom has had restless legs syndrome RLS for a year now. She was willing to try anything so we got her these herbs. She said the pins and needles and the feeling like she just had to move her legs at night decreased by like 40% on the first night and so she increased the dose size to 6 capsules at dinner and 6 capsules at bed time and the symptoms decreased by 80% the next night. She takes it every night and can now sleep through the night. Chinese herbs are great.

This product works! I highly recommend it if you suffer from RLS. I use it with Miracle Plus Brand Restless Legs Calming Cream available on Amazon and my restless leg syndrome is resolved. I sleep great now with no annoying RLS.

I had a few bad nights, with my leg feeling like it was throbbing, well you know the feeling. And needed help quick. Took my first dosage and it helped right away. I've also started to take Vitamin B1 as recommended by Dr. Berg.
