This soft carrier is great! It's heavy duty enough to support the weight of a small or large cat without buckling inwards or causing much strain on one's hand. It's got four openings from which to choose when loading ones pet into the carrier. I selected the top loading option for my model - a seven pound marbled tabby. (She likes being the model as well as trying out every new toy, bed, scratcher, or gadget, that I acquire for my multi-cat household. She also believes that every new item is specifically hers.) It's a comfortable size for my seven pound prima donna but it's also roomy enough for my boys, both chonks weighing in at twelve to eighteen pounds. It's definitely suitable for a small dog too due to its size and stability. The quality of the carrier is far more superior than most soft carriers that I've encountered. Thick zippers and straps. Carrier sides zipper closed with ease. The bottom interior pad attaches easily by velcro strips already in place. Folding out for use and unfolding for storage can be done in under a minute. I have several cats and carriers but I would buy an additional one of these because it is a really great product. I am more than happy with it.

I got this two cat cat carrier for my big tall, 15 pound Bombay cat. It works great for him! I think if I were to put two cats in there, they would have to be smaller and REALLY like each other. Luckily, I have those too! The product page says it would fit a medium sized dog, but I can't see that; I think it is too short in length. But a smaller size dog would probably be quite comfortable. I like that the bottom removes and is made of stiff foam and a removeable slip cover for easy washing. I don't like that if you unzip either of the ends, it collapses because the frame is only on the door and not the body of the carrier. So you have to use the side door or the top door, which is fine if you have a cooperative pet. Overall, It's a decent carrier. A little pricey, but worth it for the right situation.

I ordered this pet carrier to replace a hard sided one I had that did not have an opening on the top. I am extremely pleased with this carrier. It is sturdy, but lightweight and has multiple ways to put the pet inside. I have two average sized cats who do not like getting in a carrier unless its their idea to play in it, so it is nice to be able to open the large top flap, place them inside and zip it closed and not have to worry about fitting them through the small door on the end of the hard sided one. This carrier is the perfect size for them (one weighs about 9 pounds and the other weighs about 11 pounds. I think they would both fit in it at the same time, but it would be a tight fit. This carrier has plenty of storage space for carrying smaller items like a bag of treats or a favorite toy. The zippers are nice and strong and it even comes with a removeable shoulder strap if you would rather use that than the shorter handles. My favorite feature of this carrier is the bright, cheerful color. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it.

As soon as we opened this our cats were taking turns trying to get into this carrier. Now once they knew what it was for they changed their minds about that real fast. But not before we were able to corral them for their vet appointments. At the vet the view was that the case was good quality and had a good internal stabilizing system so that it didn’t just collapse one it was set up. With multiple points of enter (top, side, end) it reduces the stress on you and your pet when you get to your destination and you have to get the pet out of the bag. I don’t know about carrying two cats in this, but I can say that it handled an American short hair that is 11 lbs and it also carried a 7.5 lb long, lean housecat. The stitching inside is tight and there was no where in the carrier that the cat could use to throw a fit. Very impressed with this bag over all and it is replacing our plastic shell case carrier we’ve been using for the last 15 years.
