Item arrived stuffed in a bag the dress is wrinkled and the starfish on belt was broken. The headband was broken and starfishes on it are broken beyond repair just had to throw headband away.

This is a pretty little outfit. Bought for my granddaughters 5th bday and I was surprised to see there’s no underlining under all the tule. It definitely needs something under, so I bought shorts.
