I ordered the travel pal with the intentions of getting the inside of my car organized. It was one step of many, which included leather wipes, interior cleaner and paper towels. Not two days after recieving all of this stuff, vacuuming out the car and making it pretty did I get in an ACCIDENT!@!@#!@#@! Unless Diono carries a curse I will put my anger aside and provide my friends at Amazon with a review of this product: I'm a traveler. 32,000 miles driven this year and counting. Being on the road so much warrants certain staples that remain in the vehicle at all times. Prior to having my Diono Storage "Box" these items rolled around in the back seat. I purchased this with intentions to stop that from happening. Storage - 5/5 - I stuck this behind my seat and use it as a catch all for the staples in my car. Peanut Butter, Kashi cereal, a spoon and a portable blender (very small) are nestled in a bag and make up about half of the box. The other half is a bag of work items (microprocessors/antennas/cables). My needs weren't extreme and this product met my expectations. Durability - 5/5 - No sign of wear (over a month of use) Usefulness - I live in a place where a mixed drink costs more than this. a shot of whisky and some ginger is a delicious alternative, but I can skip one for this. It's well worth the price. Look - N/A - It's tucket behind my seat. It wasn't purchased for the Aesthetics nor have I looked at it long enough to care. Design- 4/5 - I would have preferred one larger drink holder against the two smaller ones. Too snug for my size water bottles. I review on a glass half full mentality. That is to say that 1 star is deducted for design and one star is pending for durability. I hate quick reviews 2 weeks after purchase. Many products focus on a short life time span and jack up the customer service. This gives the product great reviews and little incentive to follow up and deduct stars. The Diono is a 4 star product right now but will go to a 3 should durability become a factor after 6 months. You can be assured that I will follow up if there is a problem. A bit smaller than what I thought. It will fit a regular sized tissue box for example. You need 2 hands to put a drink bottle into the holders. You can find something as inexpensive but better at a store.

We used to have those hanging organizers that clip to the backs of the front seats, but, once the kids turned forward facing and shot up several inches their feet were scrunched by said organizers. Time to switch it up, and I'm glad I went with this. The sides are hard, so it stays upright and keeps its shape. It's a fairly good size, taking up most of the center seat in our Jeep Patriot. The cupholders on the front are a tight fit, and, with the kids in their convertible seats they can't reach them anyway - so this is a better feature for big kids and adults using this organizer. The inside of the organizer had pockets sewn in each side for extra storage. My favorite feature is how you get it to stay put: it has a long, wide tab on the backside of the box which slides between the seat and back of your seats, popping out in the trunk. Go around to the trunk, pull the tab through tight (moving the box nice and snug against the seat) and then, through the miracle of Velcro, attach the tab to the felt on the backside of the rear seats. Nice. My kids can't move it, they can't pick it up off the seat, it doesn't shift while driving. This feature won't be overly helpful if the backside of your seats aren't felt or fabric as the Velcro wouldn't have anything to attach to, but still, being able to slide that tab between the seats will anchor it somewhat. I wanted something to organize the kids (6y and 3y) toys in the minivan (2016 Honda Odyssey). I thought about seat-back organizers but didn't need/want the tablet holder and didn't want a whole bunch of junk hanging from the back of the seats. I came across this and even though it's meant to be placed on a bench seat, it fits wonderfully on the floor tucked behind the center console. The grippy bottom keeps it from sliding around and it's small enough that people can easily step over it to access the aisle to the third-row. Even better, all the kids toys come out with it when I need to re-install the middle seat if transporting adults in the van instead of the kids. The drink holder pockets seem useless but the kids use them to put their small toys to keep them from getting lost in the main storage area. I guess you could fit disposable water bottles in them but their normal water bottles won't fit. It's not an issue for how we're using it but if you were to put it on the seat it's something to consider. Seems to be fairly well made and it's held up fine in the four months we've had it.
