EDIT: many months in, I still love this thing! ----- I recently purchased the AMIR Electric Screwdriver set for some home repair tasks and assembling furniture. I have arthritis in my hands, so using a traditional screwdriver can be a challenge. This electric screwdriver has been a boon in that regard. It's significantly reduced the strain on my hands, making screwing tasks much more manageable. Right off the bat, I noticed that it felt comfortable in my hand. The soft rubber design provides a good grip, and the tool is lightweight, which is a plus for longer tasks. Despite its light weight, the torque is quite good. It has handled all the screws I've thrown at it electrically without any issues. And on the occasion I needed a bit more torque, switching to manual mode provided the extra oomph needed to get the job done. The built-in LED light has proven useful more than once, especially in poorly lit corners. It's one of those features you don’t realize you need until you have it. The battery life has been sufficient for my needs. I haven’t had to recharge it in the middle of a task yet. The USB charging is convenient, and the fact that it can work for 40 minutes continuously on a one-hour charge is decent. So far, the screwdriver seems to be holding up well. I've used it on multiple projects, and it’s performed reliably each time.

This is absolutely PERFECT for small jobs that don’t need a lot of torque. My husband is an electrician and he loves it for installing ceiling fans and working on electrical outlets (not energized of course). Much better than using a drill to install all the blades on a fan. It actually has enough torque to drive screws into drywall. If anyone has a bad review pertaining to the torque, it’s due to lack of expectation management.

This is one of the best things i've purchased. I've had to screw in so many things. I have to put multiple chairs together, book cases, mail box numbers and recently a workbench with over 30 screw. This thing comes in clutch. Unlike a huge power drill, this thing is skinny enough to get in to tight places. It's not always powerful enough to screw things in all the way, but great thing is that it then works just like a regular screwdriver afterwards. I don't know if the company who makes these looks at these reviews, but I do have some suggestions that would make this product better and I'd buy another one immediately if they made these changes/additions: 1) There needs to be a button that powers on the light without the drill being turned on. This would very useful in a lot of scenarios, especially for lining up the screwdriver with the screw. When it's screwing something in already, the light is useless. It's honestly a redundant feature. You could honestly take the light out and it'd probably be cheaper to make these. The light needs to be a separate function 2) It could use a Phillips Head option. This isn't super needed, but would be nice. I really hope the light suggestion is taken by the people who made this. That would make this item 5 Stars.

Easy to use. I highly recommend this screwdriver. Used it to replace a outlet. It worked great to remove the long screws that hold the outlet. Easy to use controls. Battery last a long time. This screwdriver is a time saver. I haven't tried putting screws into wood but if you predrill your holes I think this would work.

I ordered this because some times a big drill is just to much and my hand cramps with a manual screwdriver. This screwdriver surprised me with the power and torque it is able to produce in such a small package. Since I purchased this one I have ordered 2 more one the house in my truck and in my shop. If you are looking for a gift for me ( or the significant other in your life) this is what I want. Also not just for the guys, ladies get one for you daughter to have in her car you will find all types of times when you will need it. Also it charges off of a cell phone plug and completely charges in 20 minor so. It will come in handy all over so get mutiple of them in all of the colors

I recently got back into RC cars and was looking for a good electric screwdriver. I was using a Ryobi one that didn't have a clutch on it. I was shopping to replace it with the expensive dewault gyro screw driver that a lot of RC youtubers seem to be using. I saw someone with one of these smaller ones and then found it on Amazon. It's perfect for RC. It's small and easy to handle vs my Ryobi one. It's not as powerful so it's A LOT less likely to strip anything. I love that I can get it like 90% of the way there and then use it like a regular screw driver at the end. It helps a lot with not stripping plastic. I'm using this with MIP bits and Traxxas nut drivers. The combo of bits and screw driver make working RC so much better than regular screw drivers. I still use a small Wera handle for tightening small 1.5mm set screws. Otherwise, I use this for everything else. A great value for it's use.
