I purchased this booster to replace the booster that was part of a Graco 4 ever seat. This seat is much slimmer at the base allowing it to fit better in the bucket seat design of my vehicle. It is also lighter and easier for my son to get in and out of. The seatbelt is easy to navigate through the 2 arms of the booster. I have also noticed the seat doesn't slide around as much compared to the Graco. The cupholders are a bonus. They work alright, but most largest bottles won't fit. Overall, I would recommend this booster seat. It goes on sale regularly making it an easy decision if you're looking to get rid of a bulky seat or need one for a second vehicle. ... show more

This Solana is narrower than the version with the plastic cup holders; it fit in the space between belt and buckle better in our main vehicle. It is also narrow enough to make 3 across a possibility in most vehicles where all 3 seats/riders are narrow. This is the 3rd one of these I have bought--both parents' cars and now replacing an almost expired grandparent one. Our son finds them comfortable. I like that the maximum height is higher for this seat than other low back boosters on the market. A slight disappointment is that this seat on Amazon is already a bit older expiration-wise. Purchased April 2024; manufactured November 2022. For me, it is not an issue--kids are 16, 12, 9 (in the booster) and 1. The 9-year-old will be out of this in a couple of years, and it would not have lasted expiration-wise to pass to our toddler anyway. ... show more

We have twins and bought a two pack of these boosters to take on a trip. We already love Diono but couldn’t believe how great these were. (Not to mention how affordable they were.) These are light, comfortable, came with a loop for a luggage tag, and are designed to ride on the top of a rolling suitcase/with a strap already included to secure it. They easily fit under the seat on the airplane. Our 7 year olds could quickly get in and out of Uber vehicles/shuttle busses and had no trouble with the seatbelt. We will continue to use their Diono convertible car seats for daily use, but won’t ever consider another brand for car seats. 100% happy with this purchase and highly recommend to anyone traveling. ... show more

Mobile and easy to use. I don't know how comfortable they are, but my son hasn't complained about them. My sons prefer them over the full size ones (I've got one full size for the whole body and this one). I know there are two in this order, but we have one for each vehicle.
