I am so happy with this purchase!! I hated having a visible litter box. It was just such an eyesore. I should have gotten this way sooner than I did! Is it the best quality wood? Definitely not, but definitely worth the price. My cat went in with no issues. Would recommend this to any cat owners.

This litter box cabinet is fantastic! It is sturdy, hides the nasty litter box and is just a nice piece of furniture! I was afraid my cat would be afraid to go in but she went right in and I think she enjoys the privacy. Another great point - when she kicks some litter out it does not go all over the floor like stand alone boxes. It stays contained and is easily vacuumed up! I don't usually write reviews, but this litter box hideaway is perfect. I should have bought it years ago. It's well packaged, and the instructions are easy to follow, but if you can do it with two people instead of solo like I did, it would cut down assembly time nicely. Everything lined up perfectly as far as hardware and pilot holes, though I must warn you there are tons of screws and you're not supposed to use a drill so I bruised the palm of my hand making sure they were all in straight. Finished product looks like a million bucks. To get my cat used to it I left the lid up for a day (the hardware holds it up by itself). I love it, and she uses it. I swear, the instructions are SOOO wrong in every level!!!! just follow common sense and logic to assemble it and you'll be way better than following the instructions. The order they ask you to follow makes it difficult to assemble it straight and the little wood inserts fall all the way inside the walls. Other than the terrible instructions I'm very happy with the purchase, it helped me keep the litter area way more clean, it doesn't keep the odors trapped. * design recommendation: I wish they sell a longer option, that way my cat has more area to clean the litter off her pawns before exiting the box. ... show more

I loved the way this box looked. It is pressboard and I have recently discovered that my cats were urinating on the floor next to one of the legs on the outside. As a regular box cleaner this was a surprise to me but I will not have much use left with this box as the urine soaked the leg apart in that area. Its impossible to correct that once its set in with any type of cleaner. I am going to shop a more enclosed box stand with metal legs to hopefully eliminate the cats from damaging something you invest a bit of money in. ... show more

Looks exactly like pic and my cat uses it like normal. You can still smell odor directly after them using it but it's not as bad. Sturdy and fun to build. You don't actually have to wear the gloves it comes with- they just get in the way.

We live in a smaller apartment and so there was really no discreet area to put the litter box. We found this one and love it! Helps contain odor & doesn’t look gross when you walk in. The kitty loves it too! It’s worth the buy & wasn’t too hard to assemble either 👍
