I’m tickled pink with this dish drain. I installed it as soon as it arrived and it was really easy to put together. I think it’s engineered well and I believe it is designed to be flexible and I LOVE that! I am thrilled with the pot and pan rack but my cutting boards, cookie sheets, pot and pan lids and food trays get more use and fit perfectly in that rack. Those things were a pain to place in my standard dish drain and they just didn’t cooperate. The small grooves it the top rack are a great spot for the small lids for cups and bowls. The utensil holder provides a safer healthier way to allow a variety of knives to dry. The cup holder is a great place to hang the handle on the cup/container for my tea bag or loose tea. We don’t use stemware regularly so I use that rack to dry my dish brush, sponge and dishcloth! I have moved the pot and pan rack to hang over the sink and the wine glass holder to the opposite side of the top rack. I have had to move the cup holder from the top rack to the bottom rack if I need to access the lower rack to rest a big bowl, crockpot liner, Instant pot liner, blender, mixing bowls and the like. So, I love that this rack seems like it’s designed to be customized to suit your needs and preferences. The drain channel can be adjusted to move water in any direction you choose. After I put all the dishes away it is easy to simply wipe the last few drops of water off the water tray. I think this will last and will not rust and I look forward to enjoying it for a long time. There are two things I might change. On the lower rack there are wavy grooves and straight grooves that are there to help you catch the rim or edge of something so that item will rest securely while it dries. (See the photo above. The Corning ware dish handle is in the straight groove and the bowl is resting in the curve.) I think if some of those were slightly elevated it would catch items better than it does currently. Also, the pot and pan rack and the cup holder can move quite easily if bumped. That put my glassware at risk so I took pliers to close the opening just a tad so that it is more secure. I wouldn’t do that if you’re considering returning it. I’m certain Loftiage will not get this back!

There isn't a lot of variety in dish drying racks- they mostly tend to be the same rectangular shape. I was intrigued by this one, which incorporates a second level, as well as a swiveling drain pipe, so you can place it in any way you'd like. Does it work? It most delivers the goods. My two pieces of criticism: first, the top part feels a tad flimsy, especially if you load it with a lot of plates. Secondly, the part of the rack underneath the top level is harder to access, so you have to angle dishes in sideways to clear the opening. That said, it's a good rack, and I applaud the different design.

The drying rack is great for its size and stores a lot of things at once. It took me a little bit to assemble because the instructions were unclear but I was able to figure it out eventually. My only complaint is that the draining system sucks! The bottom board that water goes onto is completely flat, so there is a lot of standing water that does not drain automatically. After piling dishes onto the drying rack I have to manually lift one side of the rack in order for all of the standing water to drain properly.

We've always used a drying mat or towel when we have something to hand wash and that limits how much you can actually do at one time but this drying rack easily triples the amount of drying space. Upon opening everything was secured with a good amount of protection. The metal is all pretty strong and doesn't bend easily. The water catch tray and spout on the bottom are both plastic and the spout can rotate and extend to accommodate whatever direction you have this on your counter to point to the sink. Assembly was easy but slightly frustrating to do alone. The top basket is held in place by tension and you have to have 4 pieces held in place to get it together which can be slightly annoying to do on your own. The directions are pretty clear on how to assemble and once it's together, it is very sturdy. I have loaded up the top basket with 8 glass bowls and didn't have any worries that it was going to fall apart or tip over. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was some sort of plug for the drain hole as an option. We don't make it a habit to put dishes with large amounts of water in them on the rack and have found that hardly any water end up in the tray, much less down the spout. Having a plug would be nice since it would be one less thing to potentially worry about. But this is not a problem, just something I personally would have liked. Make sure you measure your space not only for height to fit under your cabinets if you have any but also a little extra space for whatever you would put in the top basket. Overall I really like this dish drying rack and it's made my life a little easier. I would recommend this.

First, this dish drying rack does need some assembly but it is super easy and no tools are necessary. This board really maximizes the space it has and will most likely accommodate dishes and glasses from a 2-4 person meal. It also comes with an extra drying mat in case you need more space. Of course, most of the components are made of plastic but it does not seem to be heavy duty and I have some doubts about how long this item will last before one of the plastic holders bends or breaks and you are left with a much less useful item. I would say that picking this item up on sale would compensate for this risk.

I really like this drying rack because it offers so much more room than your typical one. Just make sure you measure because if your cabinets aren’t high enough it won’t fit. However, you can take the pieces apart instead of having one big piece so that is another option. I wanted to give 5 stars but it arrived damaged on the bottom of tray. Nothing a little super glue couldn’t fix. Overall it would be a good purchase.
