Very sturdy chairs. I ordered black and they are definitely black. Some complained abut the color but they must have ordered the brown chairs. Took 15 minutes per chair. Snug all bolts, place chair on its legs and apply pressure to level, tighten bolts.

Poor customer service. The quality of the chair is good but the customer service is horrible and slow. I ordered a set of 2 and a set of 6. I was sent 4. Customer service still hasn’t resolved the issue a week later.
