The mantel design of this wall fireplace also adds to its appeal, and it could be considered a contemporary fireplace too. This Electric Fireplace Heater features a 28" firebox for optimal viewing. It uses patented inner glow logs and glowing embers to create a very realistic effect. The media could not be loaded. Likes: (All in all I absolutely love this product) Mantle looks real Fireplace looks real Adequate amount of heat produced (though we haven't really tried it on winter time yet) It have options for the fireplace display I just love the cozy ambiance it gives to our living room and just staring at the fire gives a relaxing feel after a long day. Dislikes (not really a big deal) Heavy (taken that mantle is made out of concrete so what do you expect?) There are some parts of the mantle that doesnt quite fit but husband did a quick fix by losening the screws first then put the parts together then tightening it in place) Mounting of the fireplace is quite lose and had to make your own hole for the screws The glass cover of the fireplace creates a banging sound since out floor is hard wood. Easy fix with cushion placed in between the glass and body of the fireplace At first I was hesitant to buy it because of the price but it is worth it. No regrets in buying it. It just got set-up so I will still have to see about the durability of the fireplace. ... show more

    • Incredible, but.....
This kit is surprising at first, we'll made sturdy parts, readable instructions and rocks that look like real rocks. Then when you put it together there are some issues. First one is the base bottom needs some sort of pad down there or the unit will scratch and Mar a wood/tile floor. I put furniture pads all along the bottom, that worked well. Then next once the flame unit is put in there are only screws to hold the bottom in tight, the top is loose and moves forward and aft. I had to devise a hold back block installed behind the unit to suck it in and hold it tight. Did the job well. This should come in the unit. The finally is that the unit is awesome looking and provides good heat. The drawback is that there is a remote, but no app on your phone to control/change the settings. For the price, it needs this upgrade to be a 5 star in my book. ... show more

This is a beautiful fireplace--everything about it is quality--from the fire to the heating unit. We purchased two of these after moving to a new home, and leaving the previous one behind. We have one in the bedroom and one in the basement. We keep both running with the artificial fire 24x7, which adds a classy touch even in Spring and Summer, and based on our previous unit, it'll keep running for years. We live in MN and it gets cold here. Very cold. This fireplace and its high-end heating unit works great! It can keep a large room warm and the blower as well as heating unit run silently--something you'll value at night. The thermostat and remote are easy to use, and we are delighted with this product, which despite of its size and weight shipped *free* from Amazon and arrived safely. My husband had it together in no time! Nothing was damaged! The stones look and feel very realistic! The mantle is very nice quality. Our 55” TV fit nicely. The fire looks very real and can have it on without heat if we prefer. Very pleased with the quality! It was pricey but glad we bought it! Highly recommend this to othersI darkened it a little bit by rubbing strong tea with a cloth on the stones. I wanted the stones a little darker. I put several layers until I got it to what I wanted. Rock facing is solid, looks great. The predrilled holes were at least .5 inch off and I had to drill new holes to assemble it. The insert had to be replaced 3 times. Works now and was replaced without any issues other than wait time for the new inserts. It is beautiful and I have received many compliments on the looks of the fireplace. I love everything about this. Just wish winter would arrive so I can use it sooner. It makes quite the statement. You will not be disappointed. The mantle is beautiful heavy wood and the artificial stone is beautiful. It’s more expensive than most but in the long run I will be so happy I didn’t get something cheaper just to be a few bucks.
