The media could not be loaded. It came with everything that was in the picture, it wasn’t what I thought I was going to get but that doesn’t mean it deserves a 1 star , we’re all trying to make it . The camera quality isn’t the best even after messing with the settings but it’s an amazing gift for a maybe a kid who’s growing up trying to do YouTube or maybe they just love catching memories ! This camera isn’t iPhone quality but it isn’t horrible , how many off guard blurt pictures have you seen that u ended up liking ? Me personally I’ve saved a few . The point is the camera doesn't have to be iPhone quality to be beautiful (I might come back to show how the camera takes pictures and videos) . I remember even hearing someone say they enjoyed the camera quality of a iPhone 8 than the 12 and the 12 was the newest out . Everyone has their preference on how they like their pictures so give the camera a try you know you been thinking about it . 😌 ... show more

The camera itself is cute and the pictures are good quality. However, the sound is annoying and similar to a child’s toy. The autofocus is horrible and I couldn’t turn it off. Definitely returning it. **Update: the company reached out saying they would refund the order, and I went in circles with them for almost a month. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ... show more

The picture quality isn't always clear depending on the lighting and the exposure doesnt really help much either. However if you are in a well-lit area the pictures come out fine and it works even better with a filter over it. There also an abundance of photo/video capturing options such at time-lapse, slow-mo, loop, photo + video, etc... The app that connects to the camera works exceptionally well except for the fact that you cant turn on the flash from the app. As far as the video quality goes, its just okay. The audio isn't the greatest and you have to play around with it a little bit to get the best quality sound it can offer. Overall, pretty good product based on its price and you pretty much get what you pay for. ... show more

This was my 11 yr old granddaughters Xmas gift, it has all the bells and whistles of a more expensive camera and has turned out to work fine....she's a budding photographer who is using it to photograph mushrooms and frogs.....and fairy of course!!

It seems to focus on one thing and blur the edges no matter what. It may just be a setting I am missing, but it may not. Overall however this is a solid camera. It is pretty heavy in your hand which helps keep it steady for taking pictures, it fits on any generic tripod, and takes amazing pictures. It has a LOT of setting. I love that it came with microphones and adapter because let's be real, if you are making a video of someone or something farther away, background noise will ruin it almost always. LOL. It also comes with an extra battery, which I love because kids forget to plug stuff in. The battery life is INSANE. I've never charged it yet and took it out of the box around Thanksgiving......it's New Year's in a couple days!! I highly recommend! ... show more
