I took the item out of the box. Fluffed by hand and then placed in the dryer for about 25 min. It’s perfect!! I purchased this for my child’s dorm bed, but it’s such a great product that I think I’m gonna purchase more for our beds at home.!!

It's not "cooling", and there's no "back pain" relief. It comes so flattened that it never re emerges properly after letting sit and shaking vigorously several times, it feels lumpy and I'm going to order a real feather bed topper. I also don't know how they expect me to send this back it will never fit in the box it came in.
