I am so happy with the purchase so far, really easy to assemble and very comfortable and nice looking. I was weary when I first purchased because not a lot of reviews but honestly am so happy I decided to take a risk and purchase. ** Following up on the progress of this chair - I have now had it since early February and honestly - I should have purchased a chair with more reviews. The bottom seat is extremely uncomfortable and needs more padding. There are points that stick up and stab my legs... Chair is really nice and color matches perfectly to the photos only issues are one of the arm rests has messed up foam so it doesn’t look nice and the main one for me is the recline, description says it can recline to like 140 degrees or some like that…. Yeah no! It gets like 5 degrees and springs back. Which means for the time you are in the chair you are pretty rigid. I’ve tried adjusting the tension and nothing this would be my main complaint with the chair but I’ll use it for a while and hopefully it’s not something that ends up being too big of an issue for me. I use this for work 2 days a week and it works great for that. It looks very nice in a small office off our kitchen. I could’ve gotten a more comfortable ergonomic chair but they don’t look as nice. I’m 5’10” and 195 lbs and the padding on the seat and arm rests is good enough. Nice soft suede like material. Overall a good purchase I would recommend. ... show more

This thing was manufactured very poorly and is made of very cheap materials. The spacing between the holes was not measured out properly so parts of it fit crooked and are impossible to get perfectly straight, the metal bars for the arms were not bent properly, so they're crooked and don't match exactly. That said it works fine as a chair if you screw everything in tight enough and is relatively comfortable. It is a little hard and doesn't have a ton of cushion but I kind of like that because it's a work chair and I don't want to be too relaxed using it. I just wish the back was adjustable because it sits a little too far back and there's really nothing I can do about that. It looks fine unless you examine it closely, and it does the job. The one thing that is done really well is the upholstery, but it's very cheap fake leather so that doesn't really make it much better. If it were overly crooked or super uncomfortable I would return it, but that's ultimately too much hassle and it does what I need it to do. My suggestion is to spend your money on a better chair. ... show more

Chair is uncomfortable and in no way is as described. Customer service is a joke. If you want to return it they offer you $15 off your original invoice and act like they’re do you a favor by doing that. Never had such poor customer service or such a piece of crap of a chair. I have been using this for about 2 months now and waited to give a review. Its perfect. The extra support on my hips feels so great and it’s wide enough for me to sit cross legged which is a major plus for me. I sit about 8 hours mon-wed and it’s great. Also very cute and modern design.
