I bought the frame on 12/9. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/13. After 2 days of seeing “Was expected to arrive today” it was finally delivered on 12/15. Other than the delay in shipping, this frame is pretty good for the price. I didn’t want to break the bank with a new frame and didn’t need anything fancy. I read some negative reviews about it being cheap metal and some saying it was very sturdy so I took my chances. After 3 days, it’s holding up nicely. It did slightly bed in some areas when tightening the screws but nothing too crazy. I will say if you are buying this frame just for the lights, you are better off getting a similar frame and buying the lights separately. The adhesive is not the greatest and the lights fell off in 2 different sections within an hour. I decided to just take them off after it kept getting worse. I will also say if you don’t like being low to the ground, either add a box spring or aim for a taller frame. It is definitely an adjustment from our old bed being up so high. ... show more

ORIGINALLY LOOKED PRETTY COOL KIDS WERE HAPPY WITH IT BUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS THE LIGHTS STARTED TO FALL AND NOW SOME OF THE LED'S ARE GOING OUT. OTHER ISSUE IT SITS VERY LOW TO THE GROUND SO IT DOESNT GIVE THE FLOATING BED FEEL LIKE IT SHOWS IN THE PICTURES

After we put it together it actually was a nice set up. He enjoyed the fact it’s an app for the lights and it gave his room a teenage character. Instructions a lil complicated only because no words but after really looking and slowing down we got on a roll. So not hard to put together. The bed is actually really cool to see, it looks like it's floating out from the wall. My daughter likes it a lot. Customer service was A+.... Had a little issue with the LED lights and they responded very quickly. They sent out a new strip rught away.

I'm short so height don't bother me but I can understand it being an issue for others the assembly was alot for something so simple tho I will say that however I still think it's a nice addition. When it first came I was missing 2 bars they quickly fixed the situation tho.
