Returned. The three-wheel design did not help it climb or descend the stairs easier than a regular wheel design. Maybe it would work for extremely short steps because the three wheels are so close together. The wheels also did not roll smoothly across the wood floor in my home- they switched between rolling and dragging. Also, I was able to fold the wheels in and out fine, and I pulled out the handle fine, but the handle would not retract no matter how much I tried.
