I bought this full size daybed for a spare room. I thought my daughter (36F) was never going to leave. But when she left she took my extra furniture with her. The bed came a day early so I was already happy. The UPS man even helped me get it in the house! I also purchased a 10” half spring/ half memory foam mattress which came on the same day. Bonus points for the stars lining up just right. My husband said (50 times), “don’t you go hurting your back by trying to put that thing together! I’ll put it together when I get home from work.” As much as I appreciate the sentiment, I completely ignored him. My grandson (7M) and I put it together with ease!! It was so easy to put together! We looked like professional “bed put togetherers”! The spare room was adorable by the time he got home from work at 6 pm. Not gonna lie, as much as I love the way it looks, I love the feeling of “I still got it” combined with “a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle” even more!! So, thanks to this bed, I drifted off to sleep last night with the smug smile of a woman who kicked todays butt. I’ve always been a winner but now, I’m a winner with an ADORABLE spare room!!

This is the easiest bed frame I’ve ever put together. My granddaughter and I put it together in about an hour. She enjoyed helping. The bed sits high enough that we can still put a full size trundle and mattress underneath. I purchased this daybed for my granddaughters room because she no longer wanted a bunk bed. I’m very happy with this purchase and would buy it again. Great price and it was delivered two days early.

I am more than happy with this piece. The instructions and labeling were very clear. They included extra hardware, too. Just lay all of the pieces out and check them off on the parts list. If you read over all the instructions prior to assembling, you'll find it fairly easy to assemble. Good and solid, very nice look and feel.

This daybed frame is really beautiful. When assembled, it is completely sturdy. My husband and I put the bed frame together in 30 minutes, really, really easy. Looks so nice in our smallest guest bedroom. Great buy for the price.

I ordered this for my daughter for her apartment and after reading reviews, was concerned that she'd have trouble putting it together. She's 19 and has never put anything like to together before, so I made note of some of the suggestions in case she had trouble. She got it together with no trouble but told me that once it was together, the length from the back to the front was too long so the supports wouldn't fit as they were too short. I thought this was strange and was going to call the company but wanted to wait until I got a chance to see it. Good thing I waited. See, that hardware that so many are complaining about actually serves a purpose. My husband and I went to visit and the first thing I noticed was that the metal hardware was not showing on the front as so many had complained about. That's when I realized that she had put the legs on backward. We took it apart and put it back together properly, (very easy fix by the way) and voila! the rails now fit. Problem fixed. Once we got it all together though we realized that against her very bright white walls, it was getting lost, so we bought some flat black spray paint and painted it. It took about 5 cans. If you decide you want to do that same, make sure you get enough paint so you don't have to send your husband back to the store like we did, (thanks Honey, you're the best!). We put the plastic rail connectors on, which gave the bed some really good support but decided not to put the little plastic things on that fill in the holes, as we figured we'd never be able to remove them and that would make it impossible to take the bed apart. Since my daughter is in college we figure we may have to take this apart to move it in the not too distant future. That being said, it fit though her sliding glass door, fully assembled when I took it outside to spray paint it. I'm not sure why some people had trouble assembling it. My daughter, with the exception of putting the legs on backward which was an easy fix, was able to do it with the instructions provided. A word to the wise though, if the hardware isn't showing on the front, you have the legs on backward. I'd read the reviews about people being upset with the hardware showing, but figured that for the price, for such a sturdy piece of furniture, we'd deal with that, either by deciding it really didn't look that bad, (I had to wait to see it in order to decide) or painting the hardware. Again, for the price, adding in the cost of a little paint isn't a big deal. In the end, we decided to paint the whole thing so for us it wasn't a problem. I'm not sure how long this will hold up. It seems quite sturdy. I'm not a small person and have sat on it without trouble. My daughter is tiny and her roommate isn't large so I doubt they'll put a lot of wear and tear on it. My other daughter and I visited over the weekend and the girls were quite comfy sitting on it and watching a movie. My other daughter slept on it and said the mattress wasn't comfy but that was because of the mattress, not the daybed. We bought a 4 inch, camping type mattress from Mattress firm as my daughter didn't want a thick mattress. So if you're planning to use this regularly as a bed then I'd get a regular mattress, not the 4" one. The 4" is fine though, for using this as a couch, which is what it'll be used for in my daughter's apartment. If she ever decided to use it as a bed on a regular basis I think we'll get a regular mattress. I've included a photo and you can see that we painted this black and dressed it up a little. It looks nice against the white walls.

The bed is lovely, and using it in my rental bedroom. Put it together myself (61 year old lady) and only made one mistake. The instructions don't point out (sort of obvious, but should be included in the instructions) to put the part H (I think that's it) with the HOLES UP.....since another part goes ontop of them with bolts that screw into those holes. Had to take apart four bolts and was worried about stripping them. BUT, it looks lovely now, very sturdy. I got the mattress (8" foam, comfy, but I'm also added a 2" gel pad) to go with it. ONLY other complaint is something someone else mentioned. The bolts that are going to show on the outside SHOULD be pre-sprayed white. I wish I thought of doing it BEFORE I put the bed together...would be messy now. And on a good note, the parts were all there. I wish they would include a few extra of the linking gray things that go between the rails to space them...I broke one when I tried to move it...they send 38, I could have used an even 40! If they included the white bolts and better instructions, as well as more spacers, it would be 5 stars. But for the price, it's great. UPDATE after 4 months of use, the bed SQUEAKS loudly with even the smallest movement, and my housemate is a tiny little lady. It's the spring assembly that squeaks...anyone else have this happen? I'm going to check that none of those little connectors are broken, and if not, then may try getting a cut to order price of plywood to place between springs and mattress to see if that helps. If not, I would move this rating to POOR...my housemate wakes up every time she rolls over...NOT ACCEPTABLE in a bed!
