I purchased this bed as a second option to another bunk bed I saw on Amazon. Not only was this one a better price, it was super easy to put together. I will say, the bottom plastic pieces caused small cuts on my hands from trying to fit everything together, but no other injuries to report. My only complaints arethis bed wobbles, not badly, but the bed makes noises whenever someone is climbing to the top bunk of moving around on the bottom and the mattresses don't fit the frame perfectly..see picture. These are your standard full size mattresses. Holding up so far though.

But it’s for my two girls ages nine and three. And they could not be happier. Took us about two hours to build it but that was with all four of my kids in the room and grabbing things that they shouldn’t. You should be able to build it in less than two. My only complaint is that it does wobble ever so slightly when my daughter climbs on and off of the top bunk. We have it in the corner so it bumps up against the wall when she’s climbing up and it’s annoying sound but otherwise very sturdy

This was pretty easy to put together as I did it myself. The bed looks great and my 16 and 15 yr old son were extremely happy to make the switch to a full size bed. The only down fall is that the bed is so tall. Thankfully my kids only use their beds to sleep. The bottom bunk has tons of space and the top bunk my son would have to slouch a bit if he wanted to just sit on his bed. The bed does wobble a lot so we mounted it to the wall and perfect. No wobble, no shake and no noise. The stairs are a bit small, but son said he is only on them for a short amount of time. Contemplating if I want to return and get a bed where if my son wanted to hang out on his bed he is comfortable, but son says he is fine and doesn't mind the bed. Wish the top bunk was down maybe 3 inches and then they would have received 5 stars. Overall all 4 stars and a good purchase!

Took about 3 hours to put together and it was much taller than I anticipated, but overall perfect for our growing teen boys. I've seen alot of bad reviews before buying but I'm glad I bought this and was able to form my own opinion about it. Yes it shakes when climbing up the attached ladder, but that should be expected with this tall of a bed. Yes the attached ladder could be uncomfortable on your feet but nothing to cry about. Overall very satisfied and the boys love all the room they have now. Being that they had twin bunkbeds prior to this recent purchase.

Bought this for my sons, ages 10 & 12. It seems HUGE, which is great. My kids were both stoked to move up to a full size instead of twin. The bottom bed has so much head room that even my son who didn't want another bunk bed was happy with it. However, I would make sure your ceiling is high enough for the kid on the top to be comfy. It's definitely wobbly, and could have used another brace going along the long side by the wall to help stabilize it. The ladder was so uncomfortable for my 10-year old that we bought foam and taped it to the metal slats so he didn't hurt his feet when he climbed up. Not a huge deal and I didn't expect perfection for something with a price this good. However, the top short rail on the side with the ladder had one side that kept popping out of its hole, and just didn't seem to fit correctly. All screws were tight, and I checked them multiple times to be sure it wasn't just a matter of loosened screws. Then, a few days ago, that same rail snapped right off at the welds. My son was probably hanging on it, though of course he swears differently :p lol Actually, he likes it better this way because it's easier for him to climb off the bed and use the ladder. The only worry was the sharp edges of metal where it snapped, which we "fixed" by hammering down and wrapping the area with electrical tape. However, the loss of the rail has not helped the overall shakiness of the bed. 3 stars for the great price and roominess, and the shipping that was faster than expected. If I decide to keep this bed, I will definitely want to stabilize the bed by attaching it to the wall to reduce the shaking and creaking of the metal.

This is a great bunk for my 7 year old. It also leaves us with the capability of having adult guests sleep over on the bottom bunk ( we kept her queen size mattress on it) as her room usually turns into the guest room. The top is sturdy enough for kids to sleep on. When I’m on the top (110 lbs) moving around to make the bed it’s a bit wobbly. More so than my sons wooden loft ( which can also be a bit wobbly). I got the silver one which is in fact gray:). Looks great and suits our needs perfect. Arrived in a timely manner. Had no issues with hardware. I’m 5’2 /110lbs and put it together all by myself. I found the instructions quite easy to follow. I love that there is room for storage underneath as well! Overall I find it a great full over full bunk for the price!

I bought the twin over full a few years ago and couldn’t have been happier with it. Now as my son is older he wanted s full bed on top as well. I really thought it would be the same, quality etc. Wrong! I don’t know why the full over full had so many issues or maybe I just got a “bum” set. No instructions in box but as we had already assembled the twin over full, we were okay. A person just assembling for the first time will need instructions! We had taken down the original the day this came, to make the switch. As we assembled we found a piece that was bent, then a piece missing. We fixed and substituted and were astonished when we put the top mattress on! We have 7 ft ceilings in my son’s room. We had bought the same brand/height mattress as we had on the twin bunk, just a full size. When completed there was not room for my son to even fit his head between mattress and ceiling! He’s 8 yrs old! Why so much space from the bottom bunk to the top bunk? The person on the bottom has all the space and head room. The person on top has nothing! With the damage/missing pieces and now the height difference, this bed had to go! We disassembled, packed it up and sent it back. Not a fun day!
