  • Me gusto
Color: Black
Creo que sería mejor si tuviera más soporte en medio con un metal con más fuerza para que no se suma el colchón! Solo poniéndole un soporte de madera debajo del colchón no se sume el colchón ni se vencen los fieros de en medio!

  • Usefull for occasional use
Color: Silver
We got this full over full bunk for grandkid visits. For that purpose it is perfectly fine. Others have mentioned that it is wiggly; yes it is. But it does seem sturdy if that makes sense. Seems like it could benefit from some cross bracing just to keep it perfectly steady. The ladder is very hard for us grandparents to get up as it goes straight up and we're not that agile. Purchased a 5-step ladder to sit at the end of the bed for ease of making the bed and kids to use. The included ladder rungs of the bed (not the step ladder) are very square and my 6-yo (40#) grandson said it hurt his feet. All in all a decent purchase for about $200 for occasional visits. For daily use I would probably get something stronger, better, higher priced. ... show more

  • Great value
Color: Black
PROs: - Great value. CONs: - The ladder steps are brutal. Factor in the cost of additional padding to purchase. - The placement of the latter limits the number of places you can put it in the room. It would be a lot better if they were both on the same side so that you could have the ladder against the wall or away from it on each side depending on how you align it. - It's shakey. Not dangerous, but after we read our daughter stories it's hard to sneak down without shaking the bed. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: - It's very tall. Be sure to measure the room and consider that. The top bunk is almost like a crawl space in our room. But our daughter loves it. - It is not friendly to being moved in any modular fashion. If you have to move it from one room to the next, you essentially have to take the entire thing apart and reconstruct it. OVERALL: I kind of wish we'd spent more and gotten something better, but if this is what can afford then it's a good buy. ... show more

  • Get what you pay for
Color: Black
Product is cheap, in price and quality. Bent pieces, rust, and scratches galore. Not terribly stable, but at $200 still not a bad buy. Set up was relatively easy and directions were fine. Parts all come woth extras

  • Measure before buying
Color: Black
I have four kids, we are in a three-bedroom apartment… And I have this bunkbed in each room. The first room where my older two girls are, one is short and one is tall. When we made this purchase, the short one was on the top bunk of the old bunkbed, and the tall one was on the bottom. We wanted it because it would give the tall one more room as far as headspace. Needless to say when we made the purchase and said everything up the short kid got on the top bunk and about, cried because her hair (Afro) Touched the ceiling. Is a great bed, it’s a pain in the ass to put together. But overall it definitely served its purpose… Just make sure you measure the ceilings and get the measurements of the bunk bed, and understand how much space are going to have. There will be more headspace for the person on the bottom bunk in the top bunk, ultimately, I think it falls upon how high your ceilings are. ... show more

  • Nice and roomy, but pretty shaky for my 10 and 12 year old...
Color: Black
Bought this for my sons, ages 10 & 12. It seems HUGE, which is great. My kids were both stoked to move up to a full size instead of twin. The bottom bed has so much head room that even my son who didn't want another bunk bed was happy with it. However, I would make sure your ceiling is high enough for the kid on the top to be comfy. It's definitely wobbly, and could have used another brace going along the long side by the wall to help stabilize it. The ladder was so uncomfortable for my 10-year old that we bought foam and taped it to the metal slats so he didn't hurt his feet when he climbed up. Not a huge deal and I didn't expect perfection for something with a price this good. However, the top short rail on the side with the ladder had one side that kept popping out of its hole, and just didn't seem to fit correctly. All screws were tight, and I checked them multiple times to be sure it wasn't just a matter of loosened screws. Then, a few days ago, that same rail snapped right off at the welds. My son was probably hanging on it, though of course he swears differently :p lol Actually, he likes it better this way because it's easier for him to climb off the bed and use the ladder. The only worry was the sharp edges of metal where it snapped, which we "fixed" by hammering down and wrapping the area with electrical tape. However, the loss of the rail has not helped the overall shakiness of the bed. 3 stars for the great price and roominess, and the shipping that was faster than expected. If I decide to keep this bed, I will definitely want to stabilize the bed by attaching it to the wall to reduce the shaking and creaking of the metal. ... show more
