I rely on reviews when I purchase Inexpensive furniture of this size. So I must say we are extremely happy. Took my husband a day putting it together of course a day with two kids running around and getting in the way so probably alone it would have taken him 4 -5 hours max. It’s very sturdy, looks expensive, the beds can stand alone. I got rubber furniture protectors for the legs so it doesn’t slide at all. The only thing is we need plywood for over the slats. It works fine but I suggest 2 plywoods 36”x70” approximately for under the mattress just so they don’t cave in on ends. I would 100% buy again. I have many good furniture pieces, a sactional, a sleep number bed- some heirlooms- so I believe in owning good furniture. I believe we could disassemble this at least 1 more time to move it to a new home. It was EXTREMELY affordable. For this bed and two mattresses and linens and things for the beds we paid less than $700 on Amazon. The kids LOVE their bed. This bunk bed is BIG enough and sturdy enough for adult guests. 1 on top and 1 on bottom. But for adults you would definitely want the plywood supports and maybe a more solid mattress. We got the 8 inch spring/foam combo linen spa ones from Amazon. It’s perfect for 4-18 year olds. If we ever have a bigger home I would get one of these for the boys room and one for girls room. The best thing about these beds are that they are usable. Separated or as bunk beds, I liked it. There is some versatility to this. I ended up putting extra slats on the bed and used plywood on top of all of the slats, to make it a bit more durable and sturdy. The beds sit high enough up off the ground. That storage is easy underneath. There is no squeakiness when getting on the bed. They are also easy enough to put together. I have since taken them apart and put them back together in different locations. About 3 times only one screw stripped out, and that was on the ladder. I ended up having to buy a longer screw and then sawing off the backside of it to make it work other than that. It seems to work really well ... show more

Beds are nice looking. Good value for money. One mishap when putting bolt in hole the wood started to crack. Husband stopped and repaired . The worst was trying to remove adhesive from stickers on bed...nightmare! Assembly was good no issues with parts. Would purchase again.

Very sturdy, especially for the price. Was a bit of a process to put together, but the instructions were easy to follow. Definitely a two person job. We added a sheet of plywood to the top bunk to add sturdiness under the mattress. Looks like it will last quite a while. We bought two, one for the girls and one for the boys. Where to begin! I rarely leave reviews but this was one I could not pass up. Looking back, I should have listened to the other reviewers. I figured it was worth a shot for a measly $200. Boy oh boy was I wrong. We received this (single- that should’ve set alarms off there) package excited to put it together and “gift” it to our children in their new bedroom. Luckily it was a surprise and we were able to send it back without them knowing it existed in the first place. The fact this bunk bed isn’t offered by IKEA is shocking. Every piece of wood you see in the photo is separated, they must save a fortune in labor costs! In the midst of us fingering through the 200 wooden pieces this package of sadness contained, you could’ve cut the tension in the room, and this bed- with a butter knife. This wood is SOFT. Think Trump hair breezing in the teeniest gust of wind soft. There were splits, nicks, dents, cracks and slivers of wood galore. One of the bottom bunk supports came with a severe crack/split rendering it completely useless. Even if it had not come that way we still wouldn’t have trusted this bed due to the poor fixtures and the cosmetic damage. Our bottom bunk child would have been flattened into a pancake. We packed it up and had UPS come for pickup the very next day. Do yourself and your children a favor and stay away from this brand. Their support website asks for each part name/number for a replacement which means you’ll be doing a whole lot of looking and typing. Sending a message and a photo isn’t optional which probably means they get a whole lot of complaints in their inbox to begin with. Also, for those of you who need it now, waiting might not even be an option. If you do purchase, good luck- and have a bottle of wine handy! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m always so afraid of missing or broken parts and this came perfect! Took a long time to put together because it has a lot of parts but it was worth it. Great quality and nice space between both beds! Recommend 6 inch mattress for top bunk and 8 inch mattress for bottom bunk. Thanks for delivering quality that I could count on! ... show more
