Bed is really nice. Every single piece is solid wood and quite sturdy once built. The pilot holes all lined up perfectly and each piece was clearly labeled making it much easier to put together. My 9yr old and I put it together without too much difficulty. She basically just held the piece at a balanced upright position as I tightened the bolts. So that speaks to the ease of assembly. This bunk bed is great for my granddaughters room, especially for when she has sleepovers. It is beautiful, heavy duty wood; it's built to last. The best part is that it can be seperated to two twin beds as she gets older.

Received product with broken boards, that company said they cannot replace even though the product has a one-year warranty. I received refund for it thank goodness. I would not trust it as a bunkbed either.
