I love the REALROOMS Adley Small Space Convertible Modern Futon Couch Lounger, Mustard Yellow Linen. I ordered it recently for my tween daughters room. She needed a place besides a bed to sit on. I love the color, it has brightened up the room beautifully. It was super easy to assemble. It is nice and firm. I like the 3 settings for the back. I also like that it can be converted to a futon when guests are at home and we need additional bed. The only reason I gave italicization 4 star is because when converted to futon it is not that comfortable. But I love it. I really love this futon for my purposes (office space/ spot for my little one to relax on while at work with me). The color is more of a gray-teal-azule blue and looks very good. The wooden legs add an upscale look compared to standard steel versions. I am using it in my office, so it's firmness works well for the setting. It is as compact as one can get without being apartment-sized. Set up was quick and simple; you are just attaching the feet to the futon frame, so you don't need power tools! They give you all that you need to set it up right out of the box. It was manageable enough for our delivery guy, and I was able to set it in place on my own, later. Assembly was just attaching the 4 legs so that was nice. It's a small futon that can maybe fit two adults and maybe a child, but the edges of the futon kind of hang outwards of the base like a cliff meaning if you regularly sit on the edges of the cushion, it will probably start to sag and stay that way. Overall it's not bad but it seems you're really just paying a premium over a normal futon for the aesthetics of it since it's not that comfortable and it's not that large. ... show more

This appears to be a nice, solid couch. It arrived in good shape (amazingly compact) and assembled easily. All you need to do is basically put the legs on. What I love about this couch is its compact size. I have it in a very small studio apartment and it takes up very little space for a full-size couch.
