I like it because it is easy assemble it adds more space to my RA small room and it’s kind of comfortable in my childhood. I always slept in the bunkbed and after going to a regular bed I just been having sleeping problems so I got this to help my sleeping problems and helped it right away, plus I got a desk as well on top of that so I can work on bills and paperwork or brew coffee or tea I recommend this to anybody that has a small room and they still want it. He gets the extra space well as the addition of a desk.

* EDIT - Included info on desk utilization Moving into a 10.5x10.5 apartment room. Wanted something functional so came up with this idea... this frame and an IKEA Lyckselle full sofa-bed. It BARELY fits... the sofa-bed frame unfortunately rubs up against the inner railings of the loft, but I'm alright with that! (It also stabilized the loft bed frame a bit more!) Product came new in a great condition box. After assembly, there was still a significant amount of space in the room, so mission accomplished! The desk was surprisingly enough for what I needed. I have dual 24" widescreen monitors, with relatively deep stands. Lengthwise, the desk is more than enough to support these screens, with a little bit of angling/positioning for the monitor on the right. (Note, it WILL block the shelves). It's deep enough to support a single mouse and keyboard. I've also mounted a clip-on USB light and clamp-on USB microphone, and it's supporting it very well. It makes for a surprisingly comfortable work/gaming station! I paid extra for delivery AND assembly. For the comments about the condition of the product, the stability or wobbliness of it, or the difficulty in assembly, I CANNOT encourage potential customers enough to pay for the delivery and assembly service. It was a tremendous help. The biggest benefits are immediate disassembly and return if the product is not satisfactory, and the joy of not having to assemble it is SO good. Yeah, it's a bit more ($90 for me) but knowing that if it came second hand, or was missing pieces, was damaged, or not sturdy and I wanted to send it back, it's all taken care of!

Bought a twin size for more floor space in a 9x9 room. We we’re able to fit his desk underneath, worked perfectly. Assembly instructions were generally clear and easy to follow. I didn’t have issues with any missing or misaligned parts. The only criticisms post completion comes from my son. It’s a little squeaky when he moves around trying to fall sleep, and the ladder is a little narrow.

I love the simple and classic design of the loft bed. Plenty of desk space with shelving. Now that I have assembled the loft bed there are a few things I wish I knew to consider before hand. I wish there was easier access to put my cords for my electronic (i.e., computer monitor, laptop, phone chager, and candle warmer). Also, be full warned...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR AN ADULT!!! The ladder width and space to get in and out of the bed are too narrow for an adult. I wish I considered the height of the loft bed more. It's difficult or clumsy for me to get in and out of the bed. Also, keep in mind like others stated in their reviews to stabilize the bed to the wall. Highly recommend this due to the height of the loft bed. I am now in the process of hacking/customizing this bed to fit me (Not the best choice. But there are not many affordable loft beds for adults). I now know it would have been easier to make changes or updates if the bed was made of wood and with a wider frame. Once I am complete with my updates I will post pics.

I have to say that I do love my loft bed! 110% this bad boy has seen 3 remote positions, 8 friends come and go, 2 ex boyfriends and a partridge in a pear tree!!! I’m 5.8 1/2 and 180lbs. (And Grown)! Pros are you have much more space, and area to actually work comfortably if you do remote work. You can turn the bottom space into anything you wish! Cons are making this bad boy! It’s a project but if you do it rite you’ll only have to do it once! Going up and down bare foot! A kid who is light in weight can easily do this as we adults can to however, the heavier you are the more pressure it is on your feet when going up and down. Easy fix for this is wear slippers when going up. Coming down ain’t so bad. Rember how I said you have more room? Yes! You have lots more room to get junky as well! When my room is a mess it’s like…a tornado ran through it. When your bed is on the floor there’s not much that can get so messy but when your bed is in the air there’s all that space that can get just as messy as the rest of your room. If you have a thick pillow top mattress you might find your mattress is meeting or a bit over the bars of the bed. This is fine trust me you will adjust. You might be scared to sleep on it your first night like I was but over time you’ll get over it or your body just knows to not fall off the bed lol. And lastly be mindful of how high your ceiling is. This bad boy is 5 feel 11 inches tall and if you have a thick pillow top mattress like I do you may find yourself close to the ceiling but again you will adjust! As long as your not like…uncomfortably close to the ceiling you should be fine. This was something that kinda caught me by surprise so def be mindful of that. Overall I do love loft bed and have no complaints. Once I adjusted to it as an adult man lol I was good!
