This is a really nicely made, well balanced knife set. It looks professional, cuts very nicely, and the edge has help up so far. We had a slight nick issue with one handke. The customer service team responded within hours, not days, and I had a replacement within less than a week. So far, the quality has matched the service. While it isn't a full set, it does include an 8'' Chef Knife, 7'' Santoku Knife and 3.5'' Paring Knife. As I said, nicely balanced and fits well in the hand, and has held its edge rather well, so far. Very pleased with this order!

I just replaced my 20+ year old knife set with these. I am not a chef so I don't need a huge array of chef knifes, and these fulfill all my kitchen needs. The weight and balance of these knifes is what you would expect from a more expensive, high-end knife. Brilliantly sharp and very comfortable to handle. All around well designed.
