This is a really nicely made, well balanced knife set. It looks professional, cuts very nicely, and the edge has help up so far. We had a slight nick issue with one handke. The customer service team responded within hours, not days, and I had a replacement within less than a week. So far, the quality has matched the service. While it isn't a full set, it does include an 8'' Chef Knife, 7'' Santoku Knife and 3.5'' Paring Knife.
