When I first saw the Dezin cooking pot I thought it looked interesting for keeping food warm at a company event or family gathering (and even picnics with portable power). This is a great pot. It’s versatile. I use it to scramble eggs and pan fry. I steam vegetables in the top basket. It’s great to warm up leftovers. I only cook for myself and some weeks this is the only pot I use all week.

I bought the steamer option and absolutely love it. I've used stovetop steamers but had difficulty keeping the right temp. Not with this electric pot. It steams perfectly. It also works well as a stand alone pot. I've been using it for a while now and the non-stick coating looks as good as the day I unboxed it. I'm thinking about buying another one to have on hand in case this one quits working, I like it that much. ... show more

My son and I recently got on a buldok kick and wanted a quick easy way of doing ramen with added proteins. It's great being able to just throw in the proteins, even frozen, under the noodles and within about 5 minutes we've got hot tasty lunch or dinner. It heats up quickly and wipes clean easy peasy so we can do two batches in about 10 minutes sitting in the livingroom. No need to pause the TV show or movie to run in to the kitchen and check on things or spend 10 minutes boiling the water and then another 5 to 10 steeping that may or may not actually cook/ rehydrate the noodles fully. My only, very small, complaint is that the turner doesn't have a curve to match the side of pot. Again, only a very small complaint. ... show more

User friendly, heated up fast! Design is very pleasant to the eye too. It does everything it is described to do. Much lighter than I thought it would weigh and holds a lot more than I thought it would! I would recommend this to anybody who loves Hot Pot, and needs a traveling sized cookware.

Got mine and use it everyday but it started to peeled off in the center after 4Months. But even though with the price it's still good. My advice, don't let greasy food stayed too long like more than 12hrs,the more it stayed too long it's harder to get off even though it's non stick. But it was so helpful for me for that time being I needed one. Good for dorm, college student, that don't cook too much. Or good for someone don't have heavy cooking. ... show more

I was really happy with this electric pot. I got it for my dorm room and I use it to make noodles (and sometimes pancakes). Surprisingly, it heats up faster than the stoves in my buildings kitchen. It is a good material that has seemed to hold up well. It is also way easier to clean after use than normal pots. It is a good size and could easily fit meals for multiple people. I think that it was definitely worth it for the price. However, make sure when washing to not submerge in water. Also (common sense) don’t wash it when it is plugged in… just saying that in case yall dont know… It came with everything it said it would, i don’t ever have a use for the steamer but I guess it could be used for dumplings or vegetables? ... show more
