We purchased this for some additional storage and had a severe storm come though that damaged some of the carport. We contacted DEXSO and they were extremely helpful with answering questions regarding replacement parts and what our options were. They were very prompt in regard to answering emails , assisting in any way they could. We were so pleased with how they handled everything that we actually purchased 2 more of the carports. They arrived yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised to see that they changed their shipping to 2 boxes instead of just one. All the boxes were sealed and there was no damage to them.

I have 3 portable units like this one and first wind 1 month after setting up, we had had 3 poles bend to where we are trying to determine if it will even last the winter. The unit directly next to it, different manufacturer, held up fine as did my 3rd in a gulch (2 season for that one). This is for our boat, so a bit nervous. The tarp sections seem OK, really long so have to roll up but glad it wasn't fully extended with the wind we had, pretty sure it'd be a total loss vs partial.

We bought ours to use on our deck and we absolutely love it! It protects us from all of the elements. We kept the side walls off and hung shades to have the open concept. The neighbors loved it so much they're buying one for their deck to!

The box was delivered damaged and opened. When assembled it was missing parts. Replacement was sent and box was damaged and opened again. It also had parts missing. Fortunately it did have the parts missing from the 1st delivery. So i was able to make a complete canopy and it is perfect now. Suggest you layout all the pieces and verify all are there prior to assembly as they are numbered and many numbers are missing.
