    • Lights up my basement workshop before I go down.
I just installed 4 of these for the LED blade lights I installed earlier to give good light to my basement woodworking shop. Now I can light it up before I have to go down and it's quicker to shut down when I'm done. If I forget, I have one of the remotes upstairs and can turn it off without going back down, especially for those further back in the shop ... show more

    • great if you're using for 1 lamp with multiple bulbs. but not with multiple lamps
This works great for a single lamp with multiple bulbs like track lighting or a ceiling fan. But if you use it for multiple different lamps, forget about using the remote to just turn 1 on at a time. you turn 1 on, and randomly one of the others turns on also. I had 1 for my kitchen, my bathroom, and bedroom. I turn on the kitchen and randomly the bathroom comes on, or I turn the bathroom on and randomly all 3 come on. The remote works a little too well lol. Plus it comes with 2 remotes, and each one randomly turns on the lights differently. Almost like the frequencies are too close and gets jumbled. So I suggest this for only 1 lamp with multiple sockets, and only use the "All ON" and "All OFF" function of the remote. ... show more
